Worth my 25 mile drive from Fort Worth! These folks charged me less than the quote was, troubleshot with me over the phone, and even asked me to send pictures so that they could be sure what I needed before I drove over. Brandon and Co. made sure my rig was ready to go as promised. Will definitely use them again for my utility trailer. Great service!

I came here with brake controller problems And not only did they fix me up with a new controller in less than 30 mins, they also did some welding that ive been too busy to have done in the same hour. Great staff would highly recommend.

I work in the collision repair industry. I needed a large commercial flatbed replaced on a truck. I called Big Tex and spoke with the manager Brandon. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon was able to remove the flatbed from the truck quickly so we could perform the body repair. Once the repairs were completed Brandon had the flatbed put back on just as quick so my customer could get their vehicle back. I'm so glad I found Brandon and Big Tex for future needs of mine. I won't trust anyone else.

The whole team at this location is awesome!! Let me start with I called a week ago to get information on an install , it was explained to me clearly & I didn’t feel like a bother (that’s HUGE to me) ; being in sales I get that “why are you asking so many questions “ attitude more often then you think, this wasn’t the case here). I called yesterday & got my gooseneck assembly put in next day by Brandon (yes we have the same name). He went the extra and made sure I had a plug for my trailer to connect to. He took me out to my truck ,walked me through what he did and how operation works for the install. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from start to finish. I recommend this location 100%.

So on occasion equipment breaks down, need a reliable place with quality technicians to fix it. I found that today basically saving me a lot of headaches especially since I live two hours from the current job I’m working on. Fixing my big Tex trailer within an hour I’ll be able to go finish my job today thank you very much Brandon.

They had my trailer for almost a month and completed none of the work they said they were going to do on it. they never returned any of my messages I just had to keep calling back. Every time I talk to Brandon or the other office person and checked on it they had a different excuse on why they hadn't got to it. I picked my trailer up to take it to another shop and all they said was it's outback. Poor customer service and communication. They wasted a month of my time. Everyone who I dealt with had a I don't care about your business type of attitude which was very disappointing. Definitely won't be doing business with big text trailers ever again.

Paul and the guys at Irving Truckfitters did an excellent job installing flatbeds on both of our shop trucks. They were super fast and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone needing great service. Thank you guys!

Service was expeditious and staff was extremely helpful. If you are ever in a pinch, call Paul. Had a leaf spring issue with my gooseneck trailer, and they fixed me up quickly! this is the place to go!
