The experience cannot be any smoother and Patrick helped us every step of the way from getting the chosen vehicle from Florida to DFW, getting all the formalities completed and helping us meet our launch date comfortably. “Its ok but confusing as heck trying to return a car. The info i found online didn't get me to the correct return entrance. Better signs on the road would have helped. In the future i would get better directions on returning the car. Picking up from the airport was another issue. Not from the area or used to the airport i seemed to walk much further than i needed to catch the transport to the rental car lot. But i would do it again because Texas kicks *##! Thank you lone star! Ill be back!!!!!!! I should have asked better questions on returning the car and or had a printed map with directions.”
