We got stranded here in Dallas when our connecting flight was cancelled for a couple days. What could have been an absolute slog of a time has become quite a lovely stay thanks to the wonderful folks here. Tiffany is probably our 6 year old daughter’s favorite person now, we’re grateful for you speaking kindly to her and taking a genuine interest in what she said, not to mention all the helpful things you provided when we didn’t have any clothes, diapers, toiletries etc since our bags were tied up at the airport. Also the other gentleman with a long beard was very kind and helpful. I have about 30 employees and I hope that this is how they treat my customers! Thank youRooms: Our room was perfect for our little family, with plenty of room and technology features for when I needed to work.

The highlight of our stay was the shining customer service we received from Cookie at the front desk and shuttle drive. He was warm, welcoming and went out of his way to meet our needs. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful last minute stay here on 5/12/24. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was efficient and the driver dropped me off right by the security checkpoint that I needed to go through. I definitely recommend this property and will consider it first for any future stays near DFW International Airport.Noteworthy details: Airport shuttle available, close to DFW, fridge and freezer in room

Best place to come in the area for your stay my stay was very good the lady at front desk (Tiffany)was very helpful and friendly and made sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, which was refreshing after a long day of delayed flights. Cookie was my shuttle bus driver, and he was very kind and fun to talk to. Will stay here again next time American Airlines drops the ball.

If you have a room on the side of the hotel that faces the airport, keep in mind the walls are paper thin and the windows are also cheap and that it's going to be so loud from the planes that it's like you're standing right next to the active runway most of the night. To top it off, the light rail train goes right next to the hotel too, and it's also very loud. Otherwise, the place is nice, clean, has an airport shuttle, and is conveniently located.

Free shuttle bus service to/from DFW was a huge plusWalkability: Free shuttle bus to/from DFW if you schedule ahead. Denny's & 7-Eleven are a 20-min walk away.

THIS IS FOR THE OWNER....I GOT FIRED BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN.....THOMAS TRYING TO GET NOTHING BUT HIS PEOPLE IN AND STILL NOT GETTING THE WORK DONE......I CAME INTO A PROBLEM AND CORRECTED IT....I WAS THE BEST EMPLOYEE THEY HAD.....THOMAS THINK HE CAN TALK TO U ANY KIND OF WAY BUT HE COULD NOT WITH ME... U LOST 2 OF UR GOOD GUESTS CAUSE THEY ROOMS WASNT GETTING CLEANED.....HOUSEKEEPING IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....ROOMS NOT BEING CLEANED RIGHT HAIR IN SHOWERS KITCHEN NOT BEING CLEANED RIGHT FOOD STILL IN POTS AND MUCH MORE.....PEOPLE STEALING SUPPLIES FOR THEY PERSONAL USE....THE GUY THAT LIED ON ME WAS FIRED ONCE BEFORE FOR BEING LAZY AND WAS HIRED BACK WHAT MAKES U THINK HE WILL WORK NOW....MAKE IT MAKE SENSE....WHEN I COME FROM MY 2 DAYS OFF LAUNDRY STACKED TO THE CEILING MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ISSUE...I WAS TOLD I SHOULD BE USE TO IT ...LOL....I DID MY JOB TO THE FULLEST...I CAN SEE U RATHER HAVE LAZY PEOPLE THAT TAKE CIGARETTE BREAKS ALL DAY THAN GOOD SKILLED WORKERS AND THATS FINE.....WHEN GOD CLOSES ONE DOOR HE OPENS ANOTHER.

I stay in hotels weekly and this one one of the dirtiest/unkept rooms i have experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked into the room, there was dirt on the floor and could tell it had not been cleaned in a while. There were several dead bugs in the bathroom and hair in my bed, food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was in rough shape and this property needs a lot of upgrades to live up to “Marriott” standards. I will not be returning to this property and if it wasn’t so late in the evening, I would have walked to the Home2Suites next door. My only highlight was the shuttle bus driver (colorful cookie was his nickname). He was super pleasant and friendly even at 5:30 AM)

Everything is far away in Dallas so you go by car, Uber or transportation, the rooms are excellent, comfortable and with incredible amenities for the price.
