My wife and I just recently purchased a Mercedes from this company/dealer, but before doing so and making the commitment to purchase, we had it fully inspected by an import inspection company that specializes in imports. Some of the things were already disclosed to us before we went to have the inspection and was already about to be replaced. We took the list back to Arman and Gerald and everything was replaced, no questions asked. We even took it back to the inspectors and they confirmed that all was done. We didn't experience any of the negative issues listed in some of the reviews. From day one they were very professional from the start with the salesman Gerald, all the way up to the owner Arman, who personally test drove the car to see if he could hear what we were hearing. We even met the mechanic and spoke with him as well. It's an investment, but with any large purchase, you should do your research and homework beforehand. Wanted to give 5 stars, but wanted to wait a bit until we have the car at least a month or so, but besides that that, GREAT EXPERIENCE and will be back if and when we need another vehicle!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle recently and needed to have it shipped. I paid Top Line Auto dealership $1,200 for shipping and they chose the shipping company. The shipping company they chose damaged the car severely on the roof of the vehicle. They lied about the reasons why they could not deliver the car on time, and instead took my car to a chop shop to try and fix it themselves without my authorization or knowledge. Eventually it took me threatening to call the police and file a stolen car for them to deliver it one week past the due date and with a severely damaged roof with spray paint on it and over $15,000 of repairs needed. I spent countless hours working with the insurance company to have the car repaired, but was left with a $2500 deductible that I had to cover out of my own pocket because the shipping company would not return calls and pay the amount due. The car was shipped to me in mid July and I finally got it from the body shop at the beginning of October. At this point the trade-in value of my car had decreased by $3000. I asked the owner of the dealership if he would at least refund me the $1200 in shipping that I paid them and help pay some of the $2500 deductible to help me offset a small portion of my costs. Armen responded by telling me he would would not refund the shipping or help offset the deductible but would “help me out” by sending me $500. The dealership took no accountability and they did not assist me in recovering anywhere near the cost I had to pay out of my pocket for the decision they made with choosing the shipper of the car. The pictures posted is the condition that my car was delivered to me. Completely filthy inside and out and severely damaged. Unbelievably, I ended up having to pay costs of over $5,000 out of my own pocket and I received a car from the dealership that looked like this when it was shipped to my door. Do not have this dealership ship a vehicle to you unless you want the vehicle shipped to you in this type of condition. If there are any issues, they will absolve themselves from any responsibility, and you will be stuck with all of the costs aside from $500 for “helping you out”. Buy at your own risk from this shady dealership

Just purchased a 2017 BMW 330i. Gerald was my salesperson and I can’t say enough how easy and awesome the process I experienced. Definitely recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Gerald!

I just received my Land Rover - the truck was sent with a bad fob that I had to replace but what makes matters worst, the car batteries were bad on arrival as well. I have four other vehicles but this is the first time, I've received a vehicle and had to spend $600 out of my pocket on the second day of ownership. This flaw in the vehicle should have been seen & taken care of before delivery.I've reached out to Gerald the sales person but only received crickets. I've reached out to the dealership but of course they asked me to reach out to the same individual that's not returning my call. I just reached out to Neighborhood financing, my Dallas business constituents &Tx DMV to give them the info on the dealership. My issue is a pretty easy fix, I've read some of the other stories. This is the first time I haven't done my due diligence on a a company I'm doing business with. It wont happen again.

Thank you all for the reviews. I was going to go buy a car here but after reading all these bad reviews with the same issues I rather take my business somwhere else. I feel sorry for all the people who spent their money here and disgusted at the owner's way of doing business.

Integrity is not a word I typically think of when I think of used car dealerships, but that is exactly the word that best describes Top Line and the people who work there. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. I had the pleasure of working with both Gerald and Armen through the course of helping my son buy his first car. The customer service, and up front honest dealings with both Armen and Gerald was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, both, for all of the help you gave us!

I didn't like the initial negotiations with Gerald. However I had to nail them down, on brakes, air conditioner odor after my 3rd party inspector finished his review of the 2015 X5, I purchased in January. Also, I had moved recently and unfortunately registration and plates were lost in the mail. So no help from TLA. It was my first and last purchase with this dealership if they do not improve the customer service experience. Also, I had to pay $350 in order to get the extended warranty. Now the warranty company gold standard nor the paylink ɓilling, can answer why I had to pay the down payment?? Suspect.

I brought my 2014 BMW 528i here & I told them after 2 weeks if the car doesn't have any issues I'll write a review. It been a month now and my BMW has not a single problem. It runs amazingly and it's in perfect condition as well. I love it! They were super easy to work with and gave me a GREAT deal on this vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and will be purchasing another vehicle from here soon

You normally walk into an auto dealer with your guard up. These guys are so friendly and professional that you don't need that mindset at all. Great price, 100% transparent, and 0% bs. They do not charge the crazy made-up fees other deals charge; the listed price you see is what you get (well, after the tax, title, registration of course) No pushing, no coercing into a purchase you are not sure you want. Aleks was the fine gentleman who helped me with the purchase and of course Armen approved the good deal. I am a happy customer. Will check with them first when it is time for an upgrade. Highly recommended.
