Sounds like bait and switch to me.

I do not recommend changing your tires at all in that place, they are scammers who change your tires and have some defect. They say that it is not their fault. Conclusion is the worst place to change your tires.

Went here a few year ago to get my tires repaired & the person that installed my tires stole the lock to my wheel locks. I recently discovered that because I needed a tires repaired and my key was missing from the packet. I know that it was here because this was the last place that handled my tires and last people that had installed my tires. Never coming back. They take advantage of women here.
