I am very much unpleased with their in store ordering process we placed an order for the ring and they assured us that we will be receiving the ring in one week when i gave them a call to confirm on the day the ring was expected to come they mentioned it was delayed due to size difference when they can’t deliver in time why to even assure and take the advance— waited 45 minutes just to talk to the manager poor customer service

Very disrespectful when you go in groups like 3 or 4.
Manager disprespects you along with employees.
Better stay away from them. There are many new stores around dallas who treat customers well.
