It is a great store. The workers, who are mostly from Central America are very kind. I wish, however the prices were lower. I noticed some of their prices are higher that those at Toss Store for some items... I hope they reconsider their prices.

The staff at the front counter could not answer ANY simple question posed in English. I had to find a way to communicate but it’s not OK to have SO MANY staff speak only Spanish! I wa so frustrated.

I was frequenting this store regularly, but my last experience pissed me off. I had just checked out and was putting my cart away. I looked over at the cashier to my left and I saw the customer say something was not priced, but she really wanted it, the cashier looked a little frustrated like she didn't want a problem and shrugged her shoulders and start punching a price in for the customer. The customer was smiling and happy. Guess she was an exception to the rules. Now I frequent all the Thrift Giant stores Northwest Hwy, Harry Hines, this store and Lewisville. I learned quickly they say they don't sell if no price. I think it's bc she was Mexican. They need to watch them in the stores they will help their fellow mexicans out. I have no problem, embracing, your people but a rule is a rule and if I can't trust you being honest then they shouldn't be working in an establishment that have all races paying money. Disappointed. CEO needs to send in undercovers to shop.

I had a rather frustrating experience at this store on a busy Saturday morning. There was only one line open when I checked out, which was already quite long. The manager decided to open another line, but this did little to alleviate the situation. The manager was constantly going back and forth to help the other cashier on the complete other side, which meant that the line I was in barely moved. What made it even more frustrating was that the manager was also answering a phone at the far end of the counter, so he was not actually helping the long line go away.I understand that busy days can be challenging, but it's essential for a store to have a system in place to efficiently serve customers, especially during peak hours. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unlikely to return anytime soon.

For a thrift store and clothes being donated prices are way too high! I seen somewhere that they’re prices are high bc they donate to non profits but they need to keep lower income families who are less fortunate in mind. They might as well go to Walmart for these prices smh

They are going too far with the prices!!! How are they going to sell something used at the same time?New price, when I saw the better prices I went to Ross and found the same sweater from the same brand for $29.99 and you had it for $29.82 ?
