Nothing like going to the thrift store to enjoy the day. When u go to check out the cashier not only rings up items u didt purchase but then try to lie n take ur money. Management was horrible didn't even know how to void the purchase smh. Do better hire better people . No one wants to be ripped off especially at a thrift store. Then Management n cashier were rude when they were caught wrong after ringing it all up again. Smh DO BE THRIFT GIANT

I love the store and the attention of a girl I think is called Socorro but unfortunately she has a supervisor named Rosi or Rosa and a boy called Ángel who has terrible attention, they don't even say hello and they think the owners of the store didn't want to sell me a garment for the simple fact that when I put it on, a piece of the label came off but it was visible and corresponded to the cut and I prefer to return it back. I am a frequent customer in the business but that staff disappoints me. I hope they take note and do a survey on the rating of those people

I went to ask for a job here but the lady who is the boss with an angry face and thinking she is the owner has an ugly manner and a bitter face to answer if she is the one who has to set an example to her employees because they hired her? I'm not crazy about working there with that woman, poor employees!!

GREED! so much greed! one trip here and you'll see jackets for $70, shirts for $25 and skirts $30. I'm not talking designer, basically just anything that's decent quality gets a price like that.... so if you're charging brand new prices for the decent pieces, does that make everything else that you sell trash? you are not depop, you are not a consignment shop, you are not a curated second hand retail store. You get your inventory for free. ACT LIKE IT. It's honestly shameful. The Genesis thrift shop in Dallas donates to domestically abused women, takes in great quality clothes and STILL charges less than this place. It's sickening at this point. Get a grip. FYI- the jacket in the pic did not even have a brand. God forbid you find something worth wearing here, it'll run you $70.

Cute clothes but way over-priced for used clothing.. like $25 for a used puffer vest and $45 for some nicer jackets??

I was looking forward to doing some shopping with my daughter and grandson's today at your store. We have never been there and Ya'll had great reviews. Unfortunately we didn't get to do any shopping because of how rudely we were treated upon arrival. My 14 month old grandson decided to have a bowel cleansing poop at the exact moment we got inside the store. I asked where the restroom was and a customer had to translate for the cashier that they didn't have a restroom. Seriously? We had a poop emergency. It was everywhere. They refused to let us use the restroom so we had to change him outside on the concrete walkway. Not joking. We got him cleaned up and left. I will not be back. I'm not sure how an establishment of that size is allowed to not provide a public restroom but the health department will be in contact with me this week about it. I am a reasonable person and understand that rules apply but this was not a normal situation. It could have been handled differently.

Norma the store manager rather believe her employees, instead of giving better customer service… Rosi the lady that’s put the “toys” away is so rude to everyone not just me and my fam another customer said the same thing! She has zero customer service as well as the store manager!i put in a complaint and because of that they told us we couldn’t do any purchases.

Went in on a sale that was 99¢ white tages . Found an item that was a white tage , sale price 1.99 . The cashier said she wasn't going to ring the item as 99¢ Because it's already a low price. If the sale is WHITE TAGES 99¢ I WANT FOR 99¢ .I still took the item since it was a good find but it's a 99¢ sale on a color tag I want it for that price.

One of the best thrift stores I’ve been to, simply because everything is organized so well and the prices are very fair compared to other places. I love how every item has a large, obvious tag with the size and price. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Great place but I completely dislike the way the leader Rosy there treats the other workers. She is very rude to them and not professional at all at her job. Not okay at all.

Prices are all over the place, depends what they think is popular that week. Employees are beyond rude and will run over you if they have a cart or rack and won't bat an eye or apologize. Selection is pretty good and varied tho. Fun to look but sometimes you can go to the store and buy new for near the same price, especially shoes.

This place has lots to look at. My one big complaint is the price gauging. $25 for a teapot. $15 for used kitchenware. There was also an employee there shattering glasses into a big trash bin that "had been sitting there for a while." That seems pretty wasteful.
