Absolutely amazing! I spoke with Lucy and Dyon (sorry if spelt wrong!) they both went above and beyond I felt to make me feel like such a valued customer! Please shop here, they have everything and are also very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as super helpful with making sure my stylist had everything she needed! Honestly this is my go to store from here on out! Great job ??

This beauty supply store is amazing! After calling around to many stores in my area (Frisco), I hesitantly called The Hive. To my surprise they had what I was looking for AND they sent a screenshot!!! I felt a little better about making the trek from Frisco to Irving. Lol.Once I arrived the customer service was bar none! The lady at the register was the absolute sweetest! They also have TONS of products!I say run don’t walk to The Hive!

I am so glad I found this very nice beauty supply with great hair selections & products on google!! It's a blessing to have a black owned beauty supply in this area and, more importantly, an owner & employees who are so very helpful & so very nice! Ms. D, thank you for going above & beyond trying to locate the hair i wanted & your staff. The Mgr provided extra help with my hair selection & the other young lady assisted my friend with cutting supplies he needed! The ladies also had a great sense of humor because my friend is a jokester & they didn't even get upset! This is my new beauty supply & I will return back & may God bless this business & these ladies??

I searched hard for a Black-Owned beauty supply store in DFW. Been here a couple of times and both times it was very pleasant. Staff is kind and greets customers, which is very important to me as a consumer. The selection of products is growing, and I appreciate the affordability. This is an excellent choice for supporting Black-owned businesses.

Very kind. I’m happy that’s it’s black owned with people black working there so they can actually tell me how to use the products for my black hair. I needed info on a product and they texted me more information after the phone call, so that was nice.

Friendliest and helpful customer service! Went in looking for a wig as someone who doesn't have much experience, the women helping was very patient and let me try on the ones that I felt suited me. Definitely check this place out!
