Yesterday I was in the place and I found an item (bank) that I liked and they couldn't sell it to me because it had no price. When I asked for a manager, they said that it had already left that day and that there was no one to give the price, and I came back the next day, I came back today and the item was gone, I spoke to a manager and he said that they had sold it yesterday, which is not true, because it had no price and there was no one to label it,So I don't know what the problem is, maybe they take the price off themselves and sell it somewhere else, that's what I think.

I came in hoping to buy a dresser and found one that I was willing to pay for but they couldn't tell me a price on it and said I would have to come back. How do you not have somebody to price an item on a Saturday? Also their line to get to the register was really long.

Visiting from out of state and came across this store. A wonderful selection of items with reasonable prices. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this store.

Another overpriced thrift storeI loved the options, loved the variety. But they simply ask for too much for the items. Saw a pair of Ann Taylor slacks size 0 for $25 and another pair of Ann Taylor size 8 for $4. A rocking chair for $40 and TV for over $20. It’s good to get cheaper than brand new. But I don’t like when thrift stores Jack up the prices taking advantage of people looking for a good deal. There was not a lot of items that were worth the price they were asking.

This store has nothing but low life incompetent ppl in my humble opinion .. They are basically almost all illegal immigrants with fake papers can't even speak proper english. I should call immigration on them. They work there and are always hiding thing to buy for themselves. They had the nerve to harass us & accused us of stealing a phone from a basket send ppl over to our house with video and pictures that showed nothing basically. They showed up stating we stole a phone that the store employees had said we stolen it .Fact being that they lied and phone was found on the parking lot of Sherwin Williams which was closed and was gonna be return to Sherwin Williams in the morning.I have placed a complaint against the individual at Texas Thrift for harassment ,false accusations, and defamation. We are considering placing a law suit against the employees and the store. We havw always been great loyal customers can't believe they did that .We are very humiliated by the issue.

I'm so sad. I regularly go here and have seen the prices steadily increase. If you find anything good it's priced 2, 3, sometimes 4 times as high as it should cost. Some of these items even have lower prices attached. Looks like they've also been hoarding Lululemon products so they could create an entire section with items over $20+. I'm taking a break from this store until they sort out their pricing because this is insane.

No AC all summer. Still no AC. Prices are more than other thrift stores in the area. But the customer service is the worst part. My total was $18.38. I handed the cashier a $50 bill and tried to hand her the $.38. She wouldn’t take it. She said “I dont want it.” And closed the register & and proceeded to hand me my change. Told her she was rude & left.

I never was into thrifting, until my aunt told me about this store & at first which was two months ago there prices were great. Today I went & I almost passed out looking at all the miss me Jean and shorts prices at $50 each and shorts ranging from 30-40. Those prices are to high for worn clothes Market place poshmark has them from $6-15 and jeans being $15, jewels bootcut jeans at 20-30. The children's clothes also under armour, Nike, campion and Jordan is priced at unbelievable price 8-10 for a shirt and 10 for some worn out material pants, some with holes and stains. Y'all need to remind y'all's selves & the employees that price the clothes. Where y'all check and pay come from because it's from people that go there for deals why it's a thrift store. Not no outlet store prices should be priced more down. The funny part is the employee that was there by the jeans when I was looking at the outrageous prices y'all had started to follow me around with her clothes roller trying to see if she was going to see a disappointing expression from the prices. Y'all need put pride to the side and be humble y'all selfs. Just cuz it's miss me, good name brand doesn't mean y'all have to price it outrageously high. Y'all want to stay afloat examine y'all's price better. Because there's marketplace, poshmark, mercari, garage sales, other thrift stores that will take y'all out of business.

The place is big and has a wide selection. My problem is with the pricing of items. It seems as if whoever prices stuff out was in a rush to get out (clock out for the day) and just priced everything the same price. Theres good will and thrift giant down the street with same selection but better pricing.

I love this store for its treasures but I'm here to say how disappointed I am that these employees have been left to work without air conditioning this summer. In the 15 minutes I was in there I was already sweating buckets. We ar re constantly reminded to stay safe in this extreme heat but there is not a care for these poor employees. Do something about this please!

went there today, and I was not very pleased with what I saw. The workers literally are pulling all of the cell tag items off and rolling them to the back of the store so this way the customers have to buy the most expensive stuff they had outside when I walked in white tags on sale for 50% off so everything that I had had a white tag when I got up to the register the lady told me that it was blue tagged. It was on sale 50% off and I said well right in your front door it shows white tag she said oh I’m sorry they forgot to take it down so we need to get your manager to be able to override this because everything I have in my basket is a white tag and she wouldn’t do that. She didn’t even call for a manager so I just left everything there.
