This used to be my favorite thrift shop. In fact, I always told everyone this is the best one but unfortunately they were bought by a large company and they changed everything. Prices went up ($15 for a scuffed up pair of toddler rain boots or $10 for an infant SHEIN sweater that was very worn) and there’s no dressing room OR exchange/return option. Why would I pay more for more risk? They also stopped putting the children’s clothing in size order? Not sure of the reason for that. I now have to dig to maybe find something in the size I’m looking for.
Not to mention they also added “self-checkout” registers so the cashiers (who were the sweetest to me and my kids every time we came in) scan your items but you bag them yourself?. Sad but I guess I will be searching for a new go to thrift.

changed everything. Prices are as high as retail stores. Not worth your time. They sold out to a large corporation and they don’t accept returns anymore, upped the prices too. So sad and frustrating

This thrift shop for years had so much variety and items I could go here and pick up dress clothes, athletic clothing or whatever I needed on the spot. I also used to always be able to go to the shelves and come out with a cool find to waste my money on. I came back and the variety and amount of stuff here went down by 5x. This was by far the best thrift shop in the area.
If I wanted pajamas I’d go in and get some, if I needed formal clothing or dress shoes I’d go in and get some. If I needed shoes I’d get that too. Today I went in to get swimming shorts. I’ve done it 3 times over the years. This was the first time I couldn’t find any.
The selection is like the goodwill down the road. Almost nothing there. Items, not bunched up like before. Small chunks of highly picked items and that’s how it is for the clothing now. It used to be a nice mumbo jumbo of clothing all slapped together. Now it’s small chunks of highly picked out clothing here and there.
I don’t know who made these decisions, I guess you guys gotta make your money, but did you not notice you turned the most badass thrift shop in the area into complete garbage?
And yes I know it’s rearranged. No big deal. I looked and for the first time ever wasnt even a selection to pick from. I like it when there’s lotsa shorts or pants next to each other and I can pick styles and stuff.
You ever watch those corny movies where corporate messes up a nice small
Town coffee shop or store? This is a real life example.

Used to be great, but they recently changed some things and now they are WAY overpriced. There was a dress there for $50! No one goes to a thrift store to buy a $50 dress. And they changed their return policy and they have no dressing rooms.

Before today this was my top store to shop at and would recommend this store to everyone. Last shopping trip 10/10/24 everything was as usual, today I go in and everything has changed. Prices were shocking, I just told myself must be new items or fact that its fall/winter season itmes so maybe their priced a little higher, ok no problem. But after spending 2 hours looking and getting items I walk up to registers that are now self-checkout and I use that term loosely because when you get to said register employee says " i scan you bag". There were about 6+ registers but not all available because there was no attendant at those to help you check out, so I don't understand why they even changed registers??? I was there with an exchange which before they had a 14 day exchange policy, well not anymore! Why didn't they have signs up saying policy's would soon change ( i looked on their social media/website and no announcement there either)? I left new items there and now I have items that are no good to me as they do not fit and wasted money. Very disappointed to say the least. I at least hope that they bring back fitting rooms so IF I decide to shop here again I will leave with items I know will fit. Note they also changed discounts on the colored tags.

this was a favorite thrift store of mine for various reason but due to recent changes I have to think otherwise. they completely messed up the baby/toddler section! everything use to be organized by size and now everything is mixed up. completely unfair when the rest of the store is organized by size. I know most thrifts store are like that but why change something that was fine & inconveniences the customers that have been avid shoppers. I would drive 25+min to come this store for the very reason that it was organized! this store has wayyyy too much inventory for the baby clothes to be mixed by every size. honestly ridiculous that people shopping that area have to rummage through everything just to see IF they find something in a size they’re looking for. hopefully they change it back soon! such a bummer as that was one of the main things I shop for!

I highly don’t recommend this store if you don’t like constantly being watched and followed around by “asset protection” employees, ESPECIALLY if you look a certain way, if you get what I’m hinting at. I stepped inside of this store twice and each time the same guy with an earpiece would be near. Each time, he’d pretend to look at something. Why in the world would anyone steal used old clothing??

DO NOT HONOR STORE HOURS! On 9/5/2024 at 8:30pm, I was with family looking to get a cool costume for Halloween only to find the doors were locked before they closed. I knocked with no response. It was clear they did not want my business. I have never been more humiliated. I will never return here.

The cashiers refused to sell a small picture frame that didn’t have a tag on it because their “managers leave at 4”. The business closes at 9? Really disappointed.
