Delivery was horrible! Package was left exposed outside of my apartment complex & it wasn't even the right building!! Driver didn't even have the common sense to at least take it to the front lobby!

Easily the worst Target I've ever been to. The layout is weird and not intuitive. Nothing makes sense and you have to walk all over the store to find anything. The thing you want probably isn't in stock here either. Save your time and go elsewhere

Looking for specific item. Initially customer directed me to holiday design version, then after asking 2 staff, got to the correct aisle. Would up by additional item as well.

I ordered an item for pick up. The store instead of letting me know the item was no longer available, they put a different item that cost a lot more and looked completely different. Very suspicious and close to fraud in my opinion.

My experience at this establishment has been consistently pleasant. However, one minor drawback is the occasional wait time at the checkout counter, which can be a bit lengthy, leading to a small inconvenience. Nevertheless, the overall service, quality, and ambiance more than make up for this minor issue. It's a place I'd recommend, provided you don't mind a bit of extra time at checkout.

Irving Target is clean, well stocked and have plenty of cashiers to check out quickly without waiting in long self checkout lines. Shopping plaza is safe and secure. Pickup orders are also efficient and convenient.

Target always have excellent customer service. The atmosphere inside the store is always welcoming for the shoppers. We hope they always keep up their quality service.

This store is often very busy, but that should be expected given its location. That high traffic can sometimes lead to things being out of stock or shelves being unorganized. Normally, it’s a great place to stock up on your everyday essentials. There are usually good deals in-store or on the Target app.

Aisha in lane #7 was absolutely amazing very helpful friendly and help me save lots of money didn’t know too much about the app just knew that I did have it downloaded she walked me through the process of 15% and where I had already had money to use. Greatly appreciate her and definitely need more people to like her to continue the friendly service rather than just computers and us running up our own products made me miss the hood old days. I hope she gets a raise a bonus or just a free Starbucks drink on me if I could tip I would. Thank you once again.

The WORST Target this side of DFW. So many of my pickup items were either rotten or damaged. Why would you pick out a rotten bag of salad and give that to a customer for pick up? Both of the gallons of tea I got were both expired and the other on damaged, like really? The employees didn't know that? I'll just stick to the Targets for North like Plano and Allen. Much nicer than this GHETTO mess of a store. Ugh
