I too have waited more than a month for them to respond to my claim, the person in charge supposedly is so busy they can’t answer my call or call back they’ve taken more than a month and my car is still not repaired I would not recommend this company.

I have been calling them for two days and no answer. I have questions on why they are charging me on the 23rd and again on the 3. This is really ridiculous. I guess I have to file a claim with the BBB.
