Had appt with Pam. When I arrived I was seated immediately. I have gone to her before and she always gets it right, the way I like it.
Requested style: Short, Over the ear. Rounded in back
Hair type: Haircut for my mother. She has straight hair.
Stylist: Stylist was Pam. Very efficient.

Melina cut my hair this morning. She cut it exactly the way I wanted it. I called the style Circle Cut. She calls it Curly Cut. She was very nice and paid attention to her work. I hope I get her next time. She did a great job or should I a super cut.

**UPDATE - On June 4, 2024 I sent an email to the email address specified by the salon in the response to my initital review. As of today (August 12, 2024), I have not received any sort of response or reply to my email. We have not been back to the salon since this incident. And if their standard response to poor reviews is to request an email be sent to them and, once the email has been sent, they chose not to respond - this speaks volumes to me about how much they care about their salon. I have also noted there have been a few other negative reviews relating to the same stylist my son saw. The comments were very smiliar. Just a word of caution if you do use this salon, I would request another sylist. The other ones that had previously cut my son's hair were wonderful!
My 16 year old son went in for a basic haircut. Melina was his stylist. He literally just got in the chair (maybe 6 minutes tops) and she was taking his apron off and he was getting up. I asked about his sideburns which hadn't been touched. She says she could take care of those. He sat down and bam! Off came the apron. He got up to walk to the register and I noticed his neckline was not straight across as we had requested. It looks like an upside down smile. I commented about that and she had him return to the chair and she straightened it out. We paid for his haircut and he went home and took a shower. As he was getting out of the shower I noticed his neckline was not entirely straight and that she had not used the clippers on his neck as they've usually done in the past. Instead of returning to the salon just for those two things I took care of it at home. It was like she was in a rush. She was very friendly but the cut was not what we normally would have received there.

I've been going to Pam, with Supercuts for years now. Never had a bad haircut. She knows my hair pattern, and how to cut to where it is always even.
Hair type: I have straight hair, that grows faster on some parts. Like the crown, and back of the neck. There is a cowlick in back, and Pam can cut my hair where it's not noticeable.
Stylist: I always request Pam. Try to get in the shop on Saturdays, or an off day from work. Very good at her job.
