FELICIA IS THE BEST! She fixed my hair after a disaster of a cut I got at my local barber. She will be seeing me every month now. If you need a cut near Las Colinas then this is the one to go see. She performed a wizard trick to fix my hair. So stoked I found a hair stylist after 6 months of searching.

Checked in online and came in when my wait time was ready online. I was told the person I requested was at lunch, not a problem...don't mind waiting a bit. Ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I ended up walking out. Insanity. Will not be back.

I am a regular customer to sports clips,but I had bad experience recently when I visited to correct the little hanging of my hair on side which i got after a day before's hair cut, when I went for fixing that there was a chinese hairstylist, she was not listening to what I am there for not in mood to understand me, I have to walk out eventually without fixing because of her attitude!

Avoid this place at all costs. I have been here twice and both experiences were sub-standard. If you are going to charge me $30+ for a simple haircut at least provide good customer service and AT LEAST try to do as "good" of a job as Great Clips - this is not a very high bar to meet. Surprisingly, they did not do either. The person who cut my hair today (Rachel) said all of two things to me during my time in the chair. First, she seemed annoyed/confused when I asked her if she could recommend a haircut for my face type/shape since I wanted to do something different. Their website states they will be happy to consult with customers on what hairstyle would look good on them – for a $24 haircut I don’t think this is a very high ask but apparently it was. Second, she asked if I used any products for my thinning hair. Then she tried to upsell me to some product that would supposedly help. I have always had thin hair. I was not offended by her comment but was a little surprised that after 10 minutes of silence that was what she wanted to say.Oh and also they don’t pick up their phones in the middle of the day. You have to call several times to get someone to help you.Overall save your money and go somewhere else. I can’t believe I am saying this but even Great Clips does a better job than them and for half the cost…Hell must have frozen over for me to be recommending Great Clips…But here we are…Service: Haircut

Be sure you let them know properly how you want your haircut to be.. they're not some angels to copy as it is.. but they will try to get it near. Let them know that you're not in a hurry and take their own sweet time to perform the haircut. You'll come out with a smile and satisfaction.
