Service is okay. VERY expensive. I called concerning a "special Offer:" they supposedly had that would cut my bill "in half". I called and was immediately put through to an India call center. Yak, yak, yak. "We will charge only $46.00 per month." To do this we must have you pay ten months up front." When I was approached by a rep in a Walmart, I was told there was a program for retired people over 65 years of age. All of this is an out and out lie. Don't trust a single thing they say. How do you know they lie? They open their mouths. If I had a single other good choice (already been through the only other provider in the area and they were the same bunch of liars.

3.1.24 UPDATE -- this is still the worst company I've ever seen. I really hope you are not forced to have to use them. That is all for today. I'll be back tomorrow for more to post more of the same thing most likely. 3.2.24 UPDATE-- I went to the grocery store today. After having spent hard earned money on essentials, I was then stopped by...you guessed it...the dreaded spectrum sales rep. If I wanted your terrible services, I would call or go to the store. LET US LIVE IN PEACE!!!

The employees stand around talking to each other while there's a bunch of customers waiting to be seen. The employees also have very inappropriate conversations like laughing about someone getting assaulted. All I had to to do was drop off my old router. I will not be coming back here.

The guy I canceled my home internet on the phone was awful, these guys were much more courteous. I would have given 5 stars, but they needed to ID me before I could get a receipt for the equipment I was returning. I think if someone else were turning the equipment in for me I'd like to think they would be able to without problem.

Great customer service. I went in with no appointment and was in and out in about a half hour. I went to cancel service that I never requested in the first place (long story), and they were very understanding.

The service Spectrum provides is by far the worst, most unreliable overall that I've ever dealt with!! It doesn't matter what you have, Zumo, etc. it's NOT going to work reliably. The system/service suffers outages on a regular basis, customer service is awful and refuses to provide time-frames for service restoration. Consider choosing any other provider.

If wear zero star I would be give you that today I went to store to pay my bills they refused they said it’s has to be a card payment I told them I don’t have money in my card right now they said sorry I call customer service they told me you can pay cash or card

Workers do not follow online line. They take people however they want. If you come here plane to spend at least 3 hours because #1 in line can become #8 without reason. Very bad service!

There’s an older man that works at this store who is pretty rude. I came in for an exchange of equipment something I’ve done before and takes no more than 2mins. & he refused to help me or ANY customer that was there. He kept telling everyone to sign in but was not taking any customers??? His coworker who is a younger guy has hands down more customer experience than this man & was trying to help everyone ALONE. This older man is also EXTREMELY SICK. Snot everywhere type of sick. I don’t understand how people in this condition are able to come in to work and get customers sick & less alone take space at store if they’re not going to be helping any customers. I had been waiting for more than 15 mins with NO CUSTOMERS ahead of me. I left to a different location. Spectrum is by far the worst provide I’ve dealt with, from customer service to its actual services. This was my last straw with this scam of a company so I’m driving to another store to return ALL my Equipment and cancel my service. I’m opting in for At&T & recommend it to anyone reading this!

SLOWWWWWWWW as I don’t know what. I came in to pay my bill and of course the kiosk machine doesn’t take cash so I had to wait in line behind 8 other people just to pay my bill. Why even offer in store payment if you cannot accommodate cash paying customers in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous.
