I have been a customer of Southside Bank for more years than I can remember. Well over 40 years. I was first a customer in Tyler. Needless to say, I was so happy when the branch opened in Irving years ago. I have a lot of history with Southside, and I will continue banking with the nice folks in Las Colinas. Veronica M. is always so helpful and always goes out of her way to give me a warm greeting and a smile. She has really helped me on several occasions, and I know all I have to do is give her a call and she takes care of me. Hopefully, Southside and Veronica will be here for many years to come.

If you are looking for a bank or looking to switch this is the best bank by far! I’ve been with them for many years and have never had an issue. The tellers are top notch and very professional. Always friendly and know you by name! Best customer service you could ask for!!
