I ordered a iPhone 5 charger from them, it works great for 3 months, then it fried in our one outlet. The charger came with a 1 year warranty, I contacted them and they replied in a very timely fashion. I sent the old charger back, and they sent out a new charger as soon as they received it and I received it very quickly.
