Great customer service! Came here with my mother to look for dresses since we are attending a wedding this month. The 2 ladies working helped us every step of the way! They were extremely kind and helpful, 10/10 service & great prices as well! Highly recommend!

I normally don’t write reviews but I was looking forward to visiting this store after seeing such great reviews - however I experienced the worst customer service at a clothing store in DFW. Started off great, but then the associates started pressuring to buy something. They quickly lost patience and became gossipy and rude if you take your time. This may be fine for others, but certainly somewhere I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re shopping for a special occasion. The “Hard closing” strategy for sales doesn’t work anymore in this day and age - customers will just go elsewhere if you act like this.

I was very skeptical of buying Indian clothes online at first. But buying from here really good as the best experience. Anything I was unsure about I was able to message people on WhatsApp and get quick helpful replies! And the best part is that taking measurements is very easy because they show you step by step how to do it! My package came quicker than expected and the sari and lengha that I bought both fit me exceptionally well!! I will definitely be using this website to do all my future shopping and will be recommending it to everyone I know! This was my family’s first time visiting this location. I loved the customer service we received from Samikshya. She was really attentive and I liked that about her. I hope to see her again every time I shop there.Edit: Okay…so I just came back from this place. Sami wasn’t there so another young lady helped me out. Unfortunately, I was so stressed that I didn’t even ask for her name! Anyways, all their sales are FINAL!! Which is totally understandable. However, I was met with exceptional service from this business after explaining to them my situation. The young lady serving me was patient and even watched my kid while I tried on clothing. I was soooo thankful, I mean like RELIEVED when I left this shop because they handled my situation so well. They did not have to do an exchange with me at all, but they went out of their way to do so. This is a great place to shop. I hope this business grows. I will be shopping at this location more often.

This is my favorite Nepalese/Indian Boutique. Samikshya and Savi ae SO SWEET and the clothing is absolutely stunning. You will leave happy and with a great deal. Highly recommend! ❤️

Reasonable price good collection everyone is so helpful owner Sabi she was always here to communicate about their product and give on reasonable price. Such a wonderful store for traditional clothes and jewellery. Staff Samiksha and sital was wonderful, their saling skill was excellent.

Really good collection for both men and women. The fitting was great, and for one of the alternations, Karuna got it done super quickly. She is wonderful. Very happy with our purchase and will come back often for more.

Two stars for ladies working hard there and why I didn’t gave them stars is there way of handling customers they don’t behave nicely same ladies I gave 2 stars and their return policy is 100% no they say some reasons to accept return which was just bought yesterday my husband hate me going there and spending money because price is ok if it’s on sale not ok if it’s not on sale price too high and price coating according to person again I got kids and iam a last person so I go there and buy stuff iam a regular customer iam going again today for looking cultural dresses god please help me with obsession

I experienced bad customer service in this store. I bought so many clothes from this store on Sunday, which one of them was for my 2 year old daughter. When I brought it home I figured it was a bit small to her so I called them and asked if I could exchange to a bigger size! They said they have the 3 day policy which I understand. When I explained them about the size being small and it wasn’t worn they said if I bring it by Wednesday they will exchange it. I drove freaking 40 mins to get there early morning on Wednesday to exchange. When I reached there the lady there said they cannot accept it!! She said the 3 day policy has already expired and she cannot take it. Why in the world they said they can take it when I called them?? I would have not gone there if they would’ve told me that over the phone when I called. And also said it has a stain on it and was missing a tag. They sold me the dress without the tag and also the dress has not been worn once. What a horrible experience I had in this store!!!!Never going back to this place again! I will be taking my business somewhere else.!
