I was a regular customer here for a while but today was the last day of me ever shopping at "shoppers world in Irving". They tried to cheat me out of $10 which is a very small amount of money to lose customers over. The manager and they lady working the register both told me all sales are final when I just wanted to exchange for a bigger size because there's no dressing rooms to try clothing in store. I drove over an hour to do some summer shopping for my kids here because of the deals but this place seems to change with the day sometimes they're ok and others they're upset or just plan short with customers. After talking to the manager who was very rude by telling me I shouldn't have bought it if it didn't fit, SR. your store DOES NOT have dressing rooms so that comment was unnecessary and very silly. But in any case I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I really enjoyed it I found a lot of really neat stuff there and bought some clothes I would definitely go back and visit again the only thing I wish they carried was a little more big and tall

I have always come to this store and I always spend $100 to $200 dollars on purchases and I heard that I was going to buy some things for my daughter, the store manager blamed my daughter because she had already thrown away a bag of girl's thongs and was disappointed for the store and also for that manager I don't want to buy Aii anymore

I recommend this store, it is very clean and has a great variety of clothes and shoes, accessories for your bathroom, wonderful curtains and many decorations to decorate your house. I recommend that you come and bring your family or friends.
