I needed a small can of Sherwin Williams paint. It was expensive with my tight budget. One of the male employees, was able to assist my need. I don't recall his name, maybe the store manager. In today's world, customer service like this, is rarely seen anymore. His professionalism & kindness will always be remembered!

Customer service representatives are outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. They don't up sale you. Tell them what kind of project you are working on and they will tell you your best options.
