I paid for the most expensive option because I’d parked my car under a tree and it really needed a wash. No soap was dispensed. Just water. The whipping brushes nearly tore off my side view mirror. When the system indicated that the wash was over and gave me the green light to leave, I couldn’t. My tires literally spun with no traction because the barriers were still up. I had to reverse and get a little bit of speed to clunk over them. Terrible. My car is still dirty because there was no soap.

Paid 9 dollars for a tire and wheel wash and it didn't clean my tires like it should have and had to wash and clean the back of my car after I left.Wasnt pleased at all

This is an old, unkept drive thru wash. The brushes were filthy. My car came out much, much dirtier than when it went in. It also scratched the hell out of my car. Tons and tons of small scratches the whole length of the car.
