Sam fixed my TV, he received the request from LG customer service yesterday evening and was at my home fixing my TV the next day by 1:00pm. It literally took him 15 mins, and he helped me put my TV back on the wall. He was really kind and fast, so glad I was able to have my TV fixed before the Christmas! Thank You Sam!!

Dropped off my gen 1 plasma tv and he fix it and I am so happy to watch NFL Football by the pool again - the colors are so brilliant - Sam is a great technician and very fair - he’s now “my tv guy” going forward

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sammy. From our initial phone conversation he was clearly more knowledgeable than whoever I talked to at LG Customer Service. He asked clear questions to get to the heart of our TV's problem, ordered parts, and quickly replaced the bad board in our home, including all of the annoying TV set up. He is kind and professional, and I would certainly call him again in the future!!

Sammy was fabulous! Worked with our schedule. Very prompt. Explained everything as he was working. Walked me through step by step and replaced the motherboard in the computer to solve our missing sound issue! Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Horrible service & overpriced. The owner does not keep track of his products and is VERY unorganized and also has a very bad attitude. I won't ever call him again for his service or refer him to anybody.

Fantastic service! Sam is professional, humble, friendly, polite, technically adept and is a great communicator. He systematically repaired the TV in about 1 hour. I will have to say from my own personal experience - Sam is the best! (I went thru 3 other service providers to get my TV fixed and they couldn't help me at all. Luckily I finally was referred to Sam via LG's customer service.) If I ever have another issue and need a repair service, I'm calling Sam's first and recommending him to all my friends and family.

I put in a support/repair ticket with LG because my TV (LG CX, bought in February 2021) stopped working, it wasn't getting any power at all. LG referred the repair to Sammy. He gave me a call to find out what the issue was and determine what parts he may need. He then ordered the part, picked it up, and performed the repair at my apartment in the span of a couple days. It was practically painless, he made it quick and easy.
