Sam fixed my TV, he received the request from LG customer service yesterday evening and was at my home fixing my TV the next day by 1:00pm. It literally took him 15 mins, and he helped me put my TV back on the wall. He was really kind and fast, so glad I was able to have my TV fixed before the Christmas! Thank You Sam!!

Dropped off my gen 1 plasma tv and he fix it and I am so happy to watch NFL Football by the pool again - the colors are so brilliant - Sam is a great technician and very fair - he’s now “my tv guy” going forward
