Use "Scan & Go"! It makes little sense to stand in line waiting to checkout with a phone in your hand. It also works for Alcohol purchase, which is a nice improvement over the way it was in the past.

I love Sam's club wherever I have lived, but I hate this store in Irving, shelves are always empty, personal are clueless and nobody knows anything when you have a question. And when you call they never picked-up the phone, Sam's club district managers please do something about it, we have been neglected at this stores, whenever I want to do something I have to drive all the way to Grapevine.

I had the best experience at this Sam Club Bakery! Sylvia and her team are so great! Helpful and consistently generous when it comes to achieving your cake dreams!!! I recommend this club out of any others in the DFW! Best bakery hands down!!

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience. The employees scanning receipts at the door should not be singling people out. I watched a family leave with a cart full of items and all they had to do was briefly show their phones. Meanwhile, I approached with only two items, showed my QR code, and was stopped to have my items scanned.
If everyone is being treated like a potential thief, then everyone’s receipt should be checked — not just some. The inconsistency and singling out of certain customers feels borderline discriminatory. After paying over $100 for a membership, I expected better treatment and fairness.
Please address this issue.

Liked this Sam’s club - wide and lots of inventory. It’s far better than the Plano club. The inventory is good and provides a unique shopping experience to customers. The checkout kiosks are well maintained and faster. Staff is helpful and ample parking outside. There’s a gas station which provides lowest priced gasoline to its members.

For the first time ever, yesterday I decided to try Sam's optical. Not only did they have a nice selection of brand frames but the customer service was terrific! I worked with Mike. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much Mike! You ROCK : )

A quick dash in to get some basics to take to a friend who is moving. Paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc, etc. They have it all and in economical sizes for big jobs!!
