This Sam’s location in Las Colinas (Irving, TX) is were I do most of my shopping at least twice a month if not more for the past 13+ years. This location has most of the items I need but often several of it tends to be out or ends up being a seasonal item. Love the Scan & Go as it gets me in and out without the hassle of going to a register and dealing with a line. Wish more stores took this approach for those of us that like this. The warehouse is well kept and neatly maintained. I also have a membership to Costco and clearly there are major differences between the two but I try to get much of what I can from here cause it close and for the scan & go.

I was going to give 1 star but the customer service desk very good. However, the rest of the store was disgusting. Very over crowded and the food cafe was extremely unacceptable. Trash everywhere, on the floor, on the tables. All the drink dispensers out of soda and only one ice machine worked. On top of that the Cafe workers were very rude. The bathroom stunk and was very gross and unsanitary. Also there are pot holes in the parking lot. I would think this would be an upscale store because it is in valley ranch where I been told is a wealthy area. Store has really gone down hill. So maybe its the people in this area have gotten disgusting or the store management has gotten bad or maybe it's both.

Never had an issue here. It's definitely a huge upgrade than goin to Walmarts

Today, on June 3rd, in the process of buying things, the payment was over, and I was going to go out, but the item was not on the receipt, so I said that the type of soda was wrong, but it was the same price anyway, so I scanned it twice, and I went to the customer service and told them to solve it, so I went and talked about it again, and they said there was a problem with the inventory, so I cleaned it up again and went out, but they didn't work, but they joked and took time, and it's just frustrating. But if you think about it carefully, it's very simple, but I don't know why you think things are complicated. And the working kids are chatting without working, so shouldn't they all be fired from the Sams club? Last time I went to the customer service, there were five to six employees working, and there were about two customers, and it's frustrating to see them chatting with each other and playing without paying attention to what they were waiting for.

I love sams clubs cause the deals but this store since a few months lately in the cafe its a disaster. Always running out of something every time i come over theres no ice and no frozen yogurt. Plus the really bad costumer service from the casher lady its always in bad mood. Bad service

Not a great sign when they park janitor carts in front of a fire exit and blocking access to fire extinguisher near bathrooms. No cares for customer and employee safety... Truly ashame Mgmnt!

Just bought brand new tires 7 days ago .. one literally just pop yesterday .. brought it in to my nearest Sam’s club.. since they have warranty and was told I can go in to exchange for free then was told I had to pay an extra fee of $20 to install when i literally just paid for this service not even a full week ago .. the manager “Lo” didn’t even try to help .. looks like he hates his job.. staff not friendly like the one we’re I got my tires originally .down below you will see how he left my tire since I said if they can atleast change it and I’ll find someone to put it on.. literally “said them putting the tire with the rim is labor work””. Very disappointed .. if a manager or corporate can reach out to me to discuss this matter !! Stay away from this Sam’s Tire shop !
