Will do 0 star but no way.this man is a lier,he will promise one and do another one and try to make money out of it.will threaten like will tow your car if you did not give him the money he ask which you never discussed or agreed. HE CURSE WITH BAD WORDS ALSO.your car was given to him, he can not do what he agreed with you, so he will try to make money on your car by doing something. He will not give any written estimate or receipt,will not get credit card payment, only cash. So he can twist his words. Never ever go there if you want to avoid experience like this.never done the work which is needed and promissed.you will waste time, energy ,money, and no peace of mind.

Had been to this place to get my car tier fixed and had screw stuck.
Without proper inspections they told it’s on the side wall of tier and need tier replacement.
When I visited them and asked if I can see and told it’s not on side wall, they didn’t have proper answer and its misguiding.
Went to discount tier and they got it fixed for me within couple of mins.

I've been coming here for years. Sam is great, very responsive and goes the extra mile for his customers. He recently fixed my side mirror and gave me a great deal on it! This is why I'm a repeat customer!

Nice guy, been knowing him since 2011, never had no issues with him nor his work.. Whenever, I'm around Irving & Loop 12 areas, I stop by to Sam's , just to say "Hey!!" N joke around ..Nice man.. always smiles.....Have driven from Houston to fix my trunk and bumper, after hit by RAM 1500 ..dropped it in evening n he got it ready with new bumper and new trunk with paint job the next morning n hit back to Houston...

Poor service. No receipts. My son called me after receiving sub par service from here because he was told to leave the premises without his vehicle being fixed. My son went in to get the window fixed and was told it was the motor. The mechanic suggested to get the part from a junk yard in grand prairie which he did. Once he came back it still wouldn't work and then the mechanic refused to work on it further without us paying 225.00 and then he would look at it further. He then just put yellow tape over the window to keep it up and damaged the tiny on the window. The mechanic didn't want to further assist us after I came and tried to understand what went on. We then took the vehicle to Firestone in which they fixed the vehicle with the parts my son got from the junkyard and it didn't cost 225.00 we just paid for labor. This mechanic was trying to RIP us off and I wouldn't recommend such a disloyal company.

My niece just about tore my front bumper off. I was getting estimates from different shops when I was referred to Sam's. He was 1/3 of the price of everyone else and he did excellent work. It's a year later and my car still looks great.
