I needed to send flowers for my wife a while back. The website didn't let me specify the time for the delivery so I called. The lady that answered told me to send her a pic of what I had chosen on the website and that she was going to call back and she never did. I tried to send flowers again today and the same exact thing happened I texted to "please take my order", when there was no reply I constantly called and after a few calls it appears that she turned off the phone because it doesn't ring anymore but goes straight to voicemail. Good thing wife wasn't expecting flowers both times. Can't imagine if it would have been an Anniversary!!! Doesn't even deserve one star. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never received my order. I’m still unclear how this “business” has so many positive reviews. The website wouldn’t allow me to set a date and time when I ordered so after paying online, I tried to call to provide more details about the delivery. The woman answered “Bueno” with a screaming baby in the background. Red flag #1. I wasn’t sure if I dialed the right number because it didn’t sound like a business. The woman who answered asked if she could call me back once she found the order. She never did call me so I called again about an hour later and this time when she answered, she didn’t speak English. Red flag #2. She had to give the phone to a man named Noe, who was nice enough to interpret. At this point I had no confidence that I would receive my order on time but I stupidly still had hope. My birthday came and went, and I never got my flowers. I called several times and couldn’t reach anyone. I can’t even ask for a refund because this “business” continues to dodge my calls. I would never recommend this place for flower delivery or anything else.

I have to thank Melida Reyes for the attention she had towards me from the first moment I contacted the store. Her customer service was spectacular, she was attentive at all times, she never had a NO for me, she always looked for a way for me to be pleased and comfortable with what I wanted. The quality of their products and the excellent customer service like that of Melida Reyes make one feel pleased and confident in requesting their services again.
