Staff is useless. Once I finished figuring out what I needed and was checking out, another employee (blonde hair) next to cashier was handing her items to scan to my items. How she even thought that was okay is beyond me. I asked if I needed those and she said yes for x reason. Like that’s fine but ASK ME BEFORE you start taking it upon yourself to spend my money. Ridiculous.

The hispanic staff treat black customers differently than they do the hispanic customers, which is not ok! My daughter and I visited the store today on 4/30/2023 at 6:26 pm. Upon walking in two staff members were behind the register. Neither of the two women said hello or welcomed us to the store. They were having a personal conversation. I spoke up and said “good evening ladies. How are you today”. That’s what got them to talk. Anyhow, after a few minutes, a Hispanic customer walked in. She was immediately greeted by one of the ladies who didn’t have enough manners to greet us. Very rude, like other people have mentioned in their reviews about this specific location (Store 217 Metroplex Plaza).

Very rude and unfriendly staff. It's like spending our hard earned money is a bother here. They need better training on etiquette and customer service.

Bought some hair clippers and and immediately tried to use it but it does not work. I wish I could be offered a replacement since I bought it 10 minutes earlier

If i could give 0 stars I would . I bought an Iron online with my SALLYS C CARD and the manager was ignorant and rude . I did not get a receipt in the box when it arrived. I tried to return it in perfect brand new still in box condition. I just got the wrong item. So instead of looking up the purchase on my C card she told me to get a receipt or call Cust service REALLY!!SHE RACIALLY PROFILED ME BECAUSE i AM WHITE i was in a mostly hispanic area and she was very nice to the hispanic customers AND RUDE to me . I got my refund at another store who told me she should have looked it up. Never going back to that rude store.

Best kept secret, or maybe I'm the only one to not know! Sally's offers free video consultations for hair color via a live professional at this store (not available in all stores yet, she said). Then when I had more questions following the consult, the sales lady there was super helpful. No pressure sales to buy anything, either, just really nice and helpful. Plus she offered to answer questions over the phone later, too.

Really unhelpful. The employees just sat in an aisle and talked, the aisle I needed. Once I was a asked what I needed (was literally standing between them, they kept talking) I was thrown a hair dye that I had never used and then they just kept talking while I read the box trying to figure out what else I needed and how many bottles of developer. Literally felt like they wanted me out of the store so I left and didn’t buy anything.

I always like this Sally's over other locations in DFW. They have everything that I need there, and the staff is super helpful and friendly.
