I had a really good experience at Ross Jewellers! The owner and the staff are courteous & friendly. They help you out and let you take your time when buying. Also.. the rates are the best I could find after searching 8 shops! Trust my words! buy it from them

The owner acts sweet so he can rip you off so don’t fall for that. I went in for a silver item, it weighed 92.7 gms. The spot price was .89 cents per gram and he billed me for 238$. So the making charge was like 100% even after you add taxes and other fees. It didn’t make sense at all. I even offered like 80% of making charge and he was still not satisfied.They were not ready for negotiation so always kept asking me how do you like to pay.They might have good collection but not value for money. If you are ready to pay heavy prices on making and other fees then it’s good for you. Would not recommend to price sensitive consumers who value their money.
