Room my 2016 Traverse into Rick’s for A/C repair and for my antenna to be replaced.
Antenna was replaced, but was never caulked down. I am praying I do not have any water damage in the ceiling of my vehicle. How did we find out the antenna was not caulked down, it popped out after a car wash and laid on top of my vehicle for a couple weeks until it was noticed.
My A/C was fixed, BUT… when they removed my skirt or undercarriage (whatever it is called) they forgot to screw it back in. SO, while out driving I kept hearing a rubbing on my tire when I turned the corner, it took awhile to figure out what was happening. Took it back to Rick’s, oh well he forgot to replace the screws. Could you please replace them now. Well, we don’t have them anymore, they probably got misplaced.
I went somewhere else and had the underskirt area screwed in where a screw was missing.
Now, several months later, a screw in another area came loose and once again my under (whatever it’s called) is rubbing my tire.
Rick’s has done a horrible job on my vehicle. I do not know how they are staying in business with the complaints I have now since read online.
They lost my business. Think twice before taking your vehicle to them. The location I went to was on Beltline.

2.5 hours to do an oil change and over priced. Also most clean or vacuum floor mats. Not recommend

Took my truck in for an electrical issue that seemed unsolvable. As usual, the issue was resolved in a very timely fashion. Rick's also saved me the cost of having to have the computer module replaced and re-programmed. At Rick's they always do the work I ask without trying to sell me anything extra. I definitely recommend Rick's and when I need the best Rick's is the place. Definitely a 10-star shop!

Took my tire for a second opinion since it was completely flat one morning. Dropped it off and when they called to pick it up we discussed that they couldn't find the leak. I specifically asked if they unmounted and re-sealed the bead. They said yes. I highly doubted it. The first shop OVER filled to 60psi. What a coincidence that it was exact same psi when I picked it up.

Sold me a bad tire used tire that is. My car was vibrating all over the road they said they had a bubble in it. I went back to exchange it they gave me a bunch of BS. However they finally agreed to exchange the tire for another one. Telling everyone who goes there to be careful because they have a small sign that says all sales are final. They act like they did not care but then when I said they will hear from me because they said they're not going to change it that changed their mind. And they changed it there are two or three people who are really nice they are Hispanic even though I could not speak Spanish that well. I would recommend them but use caution when you buy a tire make sure you can see it before they mount it. They did not balance the tire at all.
