When you need good quality customer service, Visit the Irving shop ONLY, the staff from the store manager to the TIRE TECH!! is the best. He provides quick service but is very open to any concerns.

Store doesn't know how to read a contract. Store manager at that. Over charged me on my payoff. Blocked my number from being able to call. Refused to give me a receipt and removed my roadhazard that I've been paying. Previous store associates were great back in Feb 2024. But these new ones bashed the old ones saying they don't know what they were doing. Clearly they hired the wrong replacement staff.

I’m so picky about where I take my BMW. Finally I found a place that I can trust with my car. They are professional, affordable and provide excellent service. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
