After having my wallet stolen, I immediately turned on Regions Lockit through the app. A couple of days later, with Lockit still on, the thief went through the drive-thru at this location and used my ID and locked card to withdraw all of my money out of my account. When I called to discuss this situation with the supervisor on staff, she was incredibly rude and condescending. Not only was there major negligence in approving the withdrawal of all my funds with a LOCKED card that had been reported stolen, but the customer service is atrocious. Switching banks after 10 years of banking with Regions.

I went in today to use the western union services. The bank teller told me they don't have Western Union. There is a sign on their front entrance that says they offer Western Union. If you don't offer the service remove the signs.

UPDATE After reading through the reviews seeing that poor service is to people of color. I get now while I was treated so poorly. Girl with the accent you’re literally a bank teller..a bank teller..a bank teller making a low income. The audacity to act the way you act is hilarious. —-So I’m here today waiting at 4:13 CST time just to open a checking account. Got here at 4 and they close at 5pm. They are rude. I asked if they closed at 4pm since they clearly don’t want to assist as well as asked for the manager in which the blonde girl with an accent laughed. I can see why they are almost at 2 stars. Job is literally low end making a rather small income and have the nerve to be rude. Seriously will definitely just go to Chase or Bank of America. Only came here bc I used to do business with them.

I walked in and got three "hello's" from all three people working! Gregory, the Branch Manager, and his team were friendly, outgoing, efficient, and a pleasant and wonderful atmosphere! They had me out the door in 10 minutes with a smile on my face! Great customer service!! I know my Grandmother, who was Vice President of First Alabama Bank in Montgomery, AL, would be so proud of this branch! Thank you guys!

The teller Kelly at this location is downright disrespectful and unprofessional. I went through the drive thru at first to deposit a check. I gave her the check that I needed to deposit but there was problems with their system so I went inside to ask a few questions. When she returned the check, it flew out and across the parking lot. Kelly never apologized or acknowledged what had just happened. I went inside after finding the check. She screamed across the lobby to speak with me about depositing money into my account while 3 other customers were in line. I see now why the reviews for this particular location and bank is as low as it is. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would.

Literally got stereotyped since I'm a young, black female trying to deposit a check from my honest living of being a traveling dental hygienist. Instead of assuming the worst, I wish the banker would've asked more questions versus trying to hold my check from me. I frequent this bank a lot but after this incident, never again.

Worst bank ever. Do not get an account with this bank. They lie to the customers just to get you off the phone. I was told they mailed me a check from my account closing which was a lie. They gave me the run around and lied over and over again.. So unprofessional the bank customer service wasn't helpful either...

I really give this bank of REGIONS A ZERO, squat, don’t go, this bank closes my bank account saying I did not give them a contract of my lease when I showed the digital picture of it in her face and I emailed it to her and now Regions call me LIAR . It’s okay don’t need this bank and then Regions you cry wolf that I need to pay you because account is close when YOU did the error of not emailing me in writing of what was happening till you took matters in your own hands, look I don’t need this drama ever in my life!

I’ve been with Regions bank for years, but I have never experienced this type of customer service! Not only did the young man show compassion! He actually kept his word ;which is rare these days ! With all the horrible things going on in this world! It’s great to know that God has angels working at this location! I didn’t get the young man name but he sit on the right time you walk in the building! The CEO could learn a lot from this young man ! Be blessed

This Regions Bank actually deserves 0 stars. I’ve never received piss poor assistance as i did while visiting this branch. Today, as I went in to handle business and receive assistance for my online banking profile … the branch manager Greg Morrical had the audacity to call the police on me. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again. Neither will I continue banking with Regions. I will find AND contact the regional/district manager regarding my treatment at this location. Not to mention, Robbie, the teller, wanted to laugh & play regarding my situation. he was NO assistance.

Horrible customer service. I had a mortgage with them for years. At one point I tried to refinance. The rates they offered me were 2-3% higher than other banks. I decided not to refinance because I was changing jobs, but the irony is that a regions employee sent my refi docs to me via email which is not secure. They actually argued with me about that email is secure. I finally paid off the loan years later, and now I can't get a lien release from them. I have letters showing paid in full. but no lien release. this is the kind of service you can look forward to when you decide to do business with Regions.

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a $2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.
