Staff is not very welcoming. I had to keep interrupting there personal conversations. Not very customer friendly. Asked a few questions, and got dry responses. Boots looked nice. Going to try a different store.

Amber was very friendly and greeted me as I entered. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Boots were comfortable and they had my small size which was very much appreciated. Overall, good customer service and experience.

Sales person said hello right when I walked in the door and asked me what I was looking for. I already had 2 different boots in mind that I had already researched. She gave me her opinion on the 2. She then had me to the arch test thing and the walking test and recxomended inserts which I declined and she didn't try to over sell which I like. Got me what I needed and was super professional and nice during the entire encounter

Professional and polite service. They performed 2 different types of foot scans to ensure a proper fit and recommended the correct insoles to help correct support and prevent foot, leg and back pain
