Staff is amazing, courteous and respectful of your time. There has never been a time that an appointment lasted over 30-40mins (which means it makes it possible to have appointments during your lunch hour) and that’s with me chatting everyone up.

I've been studies here since 1996. They test lotions, makeup, bodywashes, soap, shampoo, etc. And if you have a bad reaction they will stop using that particular product. And if you get pulled from the study they pay you for each visit you made. Great employees. Dr.Reese is the best.

I do focus groups and surveys (paid) for my side hustle. RCTS is by far my very favorite to work for! The girl that calls is super friendly. I am offered wonderful studies for product review. I am only knocking of a star for the staff in the building that are NOT friendly in person but the rest of the experience is so good that its okay. The best part is: They pay you $10 if you get there and they have enough people already. Also, when you complete a study, upon exit they pay you IN CASH!!! Everybody knows Cash is King! :) No, this won't replace your "real job" but it will be extra money for gas, groceries or pet food, etc. Will be worth your time to sign up with them.

Just as the other comments the supervisor of recruiting is so rude. Teeoma or however you spell it. It’s very sad. I asked to speak to someone for a complaint but she is screening calls smh… very unprofessional and bad for the company business!

This is an awesome place to get involved with to do a lot of fun, interesting studies that allow you to earn some extra income. All the staff here is really great, too!
