Our truck was stolen yesterday from our carport.. we go into the office no cámaras no help.. GATE IS OPEN 24/7.. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS WE ONLY HAVE 3 months living here 3!! Stay away ! And go somewhere your belongings will be safe ! They send us an email it will get fix but of course not.. we have “amenity’s” but can only access during office hours.. when we first moved in probably took them a good 3 weeks to get my mail box key and that’s because I had to be on top of it aswell as it did when I needed some maintenance.. if you come get a quote or pricing make sure they write it down and sign it ! Because by the time I got my apartment I saw 6 different leasing agents and 2 managers and they tried to say no that’s not how it works bla bla bla .. thankfully we had it all in our packets that the previews leasing agents had said.. STAY AWAY from these apartments all they care is to get you to sign and after that you’re own your own..

Think before you rent here. In last 2 months I have seen at least 10 new leasing staff in the leasing office. Almost every week they change, so don’t know what is going on. If we have any issue, we have to raise service request and follow up several days by visiting leasing office. Even though they come to apartment to check the issue after several days of follow up, they won’t fix it properly, this is repeated happening with my apartment DW and AC.

I had a maintenance issue yesterday, I requested a complaint in the morning and I was amazed they came with in no time and MARIO (maintenance person) he is so perfect at his work and resolved some other issues which are not mentioned in the report.
I am very impressed and satisfied at his work

I wish Google had a 0-star option to reflect the poor service we’ve experienced. Our time here has been incredibly frustrating.
First, our AC has been broken for over three weeks, and despite submitting a service request, it has not been addressed. We’ve had to visit the leasing office daily, but the manager is always “in a meeting,” leaving us without any assistance during this heatwave.
Additionally, two weeks ago, a ceiling light fell off in the middle of the night, and there has been no repair since. It’s exhausting having to repeat our issues every day, only to be treated as if we’re new tenants each time.
I strongly advise against renting here!

I've experienced water leakages and the air conditioner problems, freezer problems, vinyl flooring issues, etc.. and remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

I strongly advice everyone to not Atleast step into this community. In this whole big community they only have 1 employee to work in the office and 1 employee to do all the repair works and the leasing office closing time is 6pm but they shut the doors at 4pm which is so frustrating and irritating when you have an important issue to discuss. Not only this we are living in a 2b2b and one of our bathroom flush is not working they took 2 months to repair that so imagine if you are about to take 1b1b then you don’t have any bathroom to use for 2 months .

Only if you drive an army tank or a dump truck could your vehicle survive the parking lot of this dump. There are huge potholes that are not avoidable with 2 way traffic. And even better is the roof work being done. The management has done NOTHING to address the mess being left by contractors. Nails, trash and roof debris is everywhere and covered parking spots are constantly blocked. Do better people!!
Moved in mid February and so far not a great experience. Leasing staff is unresponsive and maintenance requests are flatly ignored. Also, if you’re considering living here and gated security is important to you, please know that none of the security features (gates, key pads in units) are functional. Tried to get in touch with the parent company RPM but they are also not responsive. Disappointing.
Update: Sadly, zero improvement in spite of the phony concerned response from the Leasing office. Someone was finally in the office when I went by to follow up on an ongoing maintenance issue. The agent was speaking to future residents and literally put her hand in the air and waived me off-like “go away”. In addition to being bad at their jobs, the leasing agents are rude and disrespectful. Run, don’t walk away from this place if you are considering living here.

I am a resident here and can say this is the most pathetic place to stay. They don’t honour the appointments, charge for amenities but no access to any facilities, lots of hidden charges in rent and leasing office is clueless when asked, maintenance requests were never attended until you visit leasing office thrice.
More over there is no security since the entry gates are open 24x7x365 days.
Funniest part is I am writing this review while waiting for my 3PM appointment.

DO NOT move into any apartment complex that is under RPM living management. Rancho Mirage is one such community.

Personal items in the car thefts have increased in the community. Open gates lead to these thefts. Lack of security.
Gym and other amenities are open only from 9am to 6pm when most of the people are in their office routines. Management has useless excuses for these problems.
Service requests are never done and never attended properly.
Old and useless appliances. Will be replaced from unoccpied flats if requested to replace
Emergency contact is never reachable.
Pests & cockraoches in the flat. Useless pest control.
List is long and i dont have energy to write them here.

In this community everyday thief’s are robbing and no action being taken. Only RANCHO MIRAGE is being targeted, myself victim of 2 thefts in my car. Even though reported to management no action being taken. If it happens once in a while is atleast ok but everyday this is happening then imagine how unsafe this community has become. They are not installing cameras everywhere or concerned about it.
Definitely stay away from this community.
NO SAFETY AT ALL ?
And ignore the response form owners they don’t care and usual bot response they have and no action will be ever taken.

These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. No one seems to care about service requests. I raised a service request over a month ago, and not only has it not been addressed, but they also had the nerve to mark it as resolved. It's ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. The worst management nobody is responsible for anything. If I could give zero stars, I would.
