Recently I stopped by unexpectedly at 6am to get air in my tire before a road trip. This was the second place I had been to as another gas station nearby had an air machine in a sketchy location, very dark and it was vandalized so it would have been a surprise if it worked. So that lead me to this gas station where the air machine was in a well lit area. I still didn’t love the idea of airing my tire without day light so I went inside to ask for assistance outside. JT was extremely kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel safe. This is the type of service that keeps customers returning. He’s an asset to the company and needs to be recognized for this! Thank you again, JT!

When did racetrack become a freaking truck stop ?...semi's parked everywhere even in front of signs that say no parking and when I said something to the manager the just said so what...conflate and beltli g I. Irving tx....I couldn't even get in the back entrance

This location NEVER has whip cream at their coffee bar yet I still ask for it. It's the only Racetrac that doesn't have it, I really hate how they always respond as if they were bothered by me asking them for it. Friendly people should work here and another thing I hate about coming to this location is how they (no matter who is working ) they act like they are too busy to greet a customer or be friendly. Total fake counterfeits!

Quick in and out,pay at the pump and actually got a printed receipt which is very unusual at most racetracks

Took one bite from each. Both are ice cold. Race track is horrible, QT will always be superior. This reminds me to never shop at race trac.

I had to make repeatedly trips on my crutches in a foot and leg cast, limping back and forth from the pump just to get the cashier to put my money on my pump. I really didn't appreciate all the extra strain in 114 degree dangerous heat weather. Also, I frequently step into lot of drink and other food type of goo all over the parking lot. My crutches and cast get stuck in it and it's all the strength I have not to fall over and have a worse accident on the asphalt.To make matters worse, today after much driving my gas tank dial was sitting all way on the empty mark.I had no choice but to pull over at the closest gas station. I wrote a quick need gas sign and taped it on the back of my stranded car. Immediately the police show up in about 5 minutes, with two big SUVs and block me from exiting. You would think very serious crime that is dangerous to the city is going on. No, Officer Privet tells me that Rac Trac called the police to demand that a criminal trespassing warning be given because I have a soliciting sign on my stranded car.Then I immediately leave with my service dogs and wondering if my car will break down at any moment in the middle of the road. At the nearest light supervisor Officer Dunlap starts hollering with in extreme menace, irately at me making threats to ticket me for my car stopping for 2 second nds during the light change. Obviously Dunlap is a narcissistic bully on a witch-hunt. My car is having mechanical issues, which shouldn't be a surprise because the gas is on empty literally. It is stalling. Supervisor Dunlap irately hollers at me that he will give me a ticket if I don't go at the next green light. I calmly told him that my car is having mechanical problems. He doesn't care and continues in the most irate beligerant managing holler telling me there is nothing wrong with my car and he will give me a ticket if I don't go at the next light. I told him he is not a mechanic and can not professionally determine if my car is having issues running. I ask for his name three times and each time he refused to say and keeps hollering threats to ticket me. Finally when I say his name Dunlap on my cell phone video recording he then pretends to be a polite professional and gives his badge number. Then he drives across the street turning his police fruzer facing Rac Trac as though I am getting ready to commit armed robbery or some type of serious crime. Is this really what tax payers are paying money for???Meanwhile at any moment my vehicle could stop on the road do to no gas and or ongoing mechanical issues. Rac Trac did not do anything humane here for a disabled person with two live animals stranded and they along with the cops only made the roads more unsafe with a car on the verge of completely being inoperable do to no gas and mechanical issues.By the way the same police department took over 30 minutes to show up to a hit and run and took over a month to get the video of the hit and run and still has done nothing to locate this woman who did the hit and run and gave a fake name and also travels with no plates on her car and a gang of violent friends. She also hollered I just got my car fixed after she rammed her car into my radiator that now frequently over heats. The police intentionally did nothing to find her to prosecute to make roads safer.This is all political theatre. It has nothing to do with safety nothing to do will following the law nothing to do with God's laws of love your neighbor as yourself and the bible says if your neighbor be in need and lack and you refuse to help, how can the love of God be in you? The Bible says if you do not love the least you do not love God. God isn't a respector of persons and no one will escape God's judgement left they repent. I ask that any one with any morals and or ethics boycott this Race Trac. Their nothing special about their gas, good, service, facility, ect. Any company so inhumane to sych a pack of cops of a severely handicap lady stranded needing gas in their parking lot is in first amendment unGodly
