At 4pm on Sat Aug 17th I ordered two pizzas from an employee at the food counter and she looked high as a kite. I asked for a pepperoni and a pepperoni and sausage to which she said "no" I repaired back to her, no? And she smiled. I figured she was playing, so she then tells me "it'll be a while" to which I said fine. I then waited 15-20 min and she eventually told me "I didn't think you still wanted that". To which I replied yes I do. She then went to the back then came back out and said "well, I got a situation. I just passed out, so yeah" then proceed to walk to the back and disappear.
I went to the register and asked for a refund, which I was given with a "sorry about that" but no attempt to make it right for my wasted time and inconvenience.
I won't be back, this experience was disgraceful.

It lunch time people are waiting for the pizza
She has two ready two in the oven and she goes on to make 2 more. And she just looking at everybody and not doing anything to serve the pizza that are ready.
Going to 7/11 next time.

Am a daily customer at this gas station, however this black lady working at the pizza today with fake eyelashes & fake blue contacts has a terrible attitude, if you are asked to make a pizza and you hate to work stay home and keep your nasty attitude to yourself, everyone is nice at this store however this lady looks like been forced to work there for free, will reconsider going back their again!!

2 of their 5 coffee machines are off. No fawk roast is available. They could have programmed one of the 3 regulars to dark roast until the other machines are fixed

One of the worst racetracs I have ever visited. Trash overflowing in all trashcans, garbage on multiple surfaces, floors, and in soda fountain. Only employee in kitchen area appeared to be doing any work although in slow motion, 2 female employees who mostly stayed behind the register whined like 5 year olds the entire time I was there, "that it was too cold to replace receipt paper" and they "ain't paid enough to clean other people's messes" amoung other gripes about there job. The cashiers refused ro assist customers in any way and told customers they had to use the self check out, when a customer asked for help with an issue the request was met with a excuse why the employees couldn't help them followed by rolling of eyes once customer had turned their back then referring to the customer with a word meaning female dog and then more whining.

Its 4 stars for me. I Love Racetrac because of its pizza and frozen yogurt. Gas prices are usually around the average local prices. It has public restrooms and is always open. I recomend downloading the Racetrac app so you can get the offers and deals that come with it. It'll save you money and helps get you through the line a bit quicker. Im pretty sure you will Love it just like I do!

Im just writing this review because there is a black young girl with huge eye lashes that is really rude. Im work for a delivery company and we always love to pump gas at race track but with that attitude im not coming back i will go to quick trip if possible. Please hire people with customer service. And can said hi back when customers said hi.
