I had a very bad experience this morning i normally order the croissant sausage biscuits but today when i go to eat and they are cold i go to complain and the employee angelina m . Tells me rudely that i took too long to pick it up instead if her apologizing and heating it fir me so i go to ask for the manager and an employee points to manager being oscar but he did not even know what to say to me. He did not apologize or anything and to top it off angelina was just staring at me still being disrespectful and gave me my food. And now the cheese was melted. And i left i will be going back there later today to complain again and hopefully asking to speak to either a different manager or higher up to let them know they do not need to have employees with this kind of attitude

For some reason most of the lanes are filled with empty cars forever. Never any receipts available at the pumps. Seems no one is concerned about these problems. I guess we will have to go to different place.

I hate saying that because I love QT very much and there coffee to ! But every morning I come to this one coffee makers is always broken I mean every morning and ice machine is down and also employees are very rude! I don’t recommend go to that QT location!!!

This not the good place for employee training. The trainer Shaniya look out for her own kind of people teamwork with they kind. Since I'm black they don't care find any reason to run you off and write a bad report even if you giving it your all. Cameras don't lie either I wouldn't refer anyone to train at this store unless you're any other race besides black.

There was an emergency situation...a very private family matter and I walked into the store and it was about 2:00 in the morning and I had to check on my family member, I came in to ask the woman in the front has anybody been in here I see the car out front in a rush panic mode so it's basically a feed off the vibe and act as if it's important because clearly me rushing in here at 2am it has to be important. I say to the lady I'm looking for a family member.. is there anyone in the restroom she says oh I don't know it could be someone in here I said it's a very serious situation and she just act like she didn't care. I found my family member that was in the restroom she happened to be there harm free and she was okay so that was the best part like I said in previous post and reviews if you don't like your job don't work there nobody's forcing you to work there. I understand situations are different, but people also need customer service and we need to feel that you care and since the pandemic a lot of people don't...people are just being hired and bills do not stop but at some point people have to start caring again.
