This facility is extremely slow. A previous test that took only two days is taking this lab over four to process (with zero updates provided). I’ve tried to determine if the sample was lost/mishandled but the Quest online chat referred me to an 833 phone number with a 45 minute wait time.
Absolutely horrible service. I’m asking my doctor to send me to other labs in the future.

Watch out for their drivers. Not sure how some of them got their licenses. I work in the area where they speed up and down Regent, Currency St., and Esters. Also cutting through other businesses parking lots to save time, which is what 2 minutes. I've witnessed a few accidents myself.

Although the person taking my blood was excellent the system in place to get an appointment and to sign in is totally inadequate. A real live person at the desk would be more effecient. I scheduled or attempted to schedule several times. Finally i was succeful. Walkins are treated shamefully

Sick and Toxic work environment nobody really cares about you here. The company overall cares but these individual departments just make it hard to work with other people. They constantly harass you and bully you. Especially the QA of specimen processing he’s sick in the head.

Billing is a mess. Nobody to answer calls. Phone system is a mess. Company is collection happy and won't take care of issues. Time to go elsewhere!

I went to the Southlake Quest lab and was at their door at 11:40. They had closed for lunch already . Not 12 pm like stated on the website and the door. Would not come to the door when I knocked either. Lousy customer service.

I made an appointment and got a text to come in. Since the waiting room was full I was standing out side the waiting room. When there was room for me in the waiting room I checked for my name on the board. It was gone so I figured I would be next or in a few minutes. Waited for 20 minutes and told one nurse I had been waiting. She said she would look. They called 3 more people back and I was still waiting. Asked another nurse and he just shrugged me off. They do not go out in the lobby to see if you are out there. People are waiting out there because waiting room is full. Something needs to be addressed about this. Remember people are trying there best to avoid any more contact with other people

I personally know a full-time multi-year veteran employee of Quest Diagnostics who cannot speak directly with, or be put in contact with, a Quest Diagnostics Human Resources Benefits representative. I would never work for an employer who uses this kind of closed-door strategy to avoid the exchange of information between its own people (otherwise known as "human" resources).
