Needed to connect a new garage door opener to the system and the service rep was over the top helpful even though he had to help me undo my previous attempt. Nothing was too much bother to him. Very patient.

My business has been paying a fortune at ADT and getting horrible customer. We reached out to Protectus Security and they got us cameras installed for the same price ADT quoted us and beat their monthly service price by a large amount. When the techs came out to install the cameras they were very polite and diligent at their work. When my home security contract is finished with ADT we will be switching to Protectus.

From the first call, till the end of the installation, the experience was first rate. Installation technicians were on time a very professional and personal. It was an all day installation and they did not even take a lunch. Worked through light rain and did not stop until it was completed. They even had a courier deliver an item that was purchased wrong.Just started the service, but am vey satisfied so far. Highly recommended.

Great service and awesome technician. He has been the best person that has come and done work in our office out of all of the contractors that have been through. He even clean up messes from other workers. The alarm system looks great and the training was very helpful. Would highly recommend over the big box companies.

I’m quite impress with the services of Protectus Security. I’ve dealt with a few security companies and Protectus is perhaps my favorite and most professional company that I’ve dealt with. The best way to describe them is: A company with all of the features and capabilities as other large security companies but with a personal touch. You can reach out to them with any issue and they will assist you with courtesy and quality service. Not to mention, their prices are fair for the value that you receive. I would recommend to anyone searching for a reliable security company with a classic old fashioned way of doing business, with care. Not too many companies out there like this one anymore. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend this company enough - not usually a reviewer but everything from communication, to installation was exceptional. The install team was great in their recommendations and had the “I’d do it this way in my house” attitude, and went out of their way to help with things that didn’t necessarily require them to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a security company in Dallas.

Chris and his team at ProtectUs have done a fantastic job getting my video alarm system up and running. A very professionally run set-up; they have been extremely responsive right from getting the appointments scheduled to a timely installation and transparency in pricing. The technician (Jason) was very patient with our questions and made sure we were familiar with the installation before he left. I would highly recommend their services.
