Second time here, no line no wait .. if you speak a different language, there’s people on staff that could pretty much speak most of the languages in this area. ( Irving, Texas ) Met the owner, the staff was professional, fast and friendly. They will recommend other services. if they feel that you need it and are totally OK with rescheduling it if your finances or time does not allow for whatever service you’re need foe your vehicle ( like a brake fluid flush )

I took my car in twice and the first time they told me that I had to change and recirculate the coolant and brake fluid because something bad could happen to me, we did it, and the second time it seems they forgot and told me the same thing again, that the brake fluid was bad and that if I didn't change the coolant the car could overheat and supposedly they themselves had replaced the fluids 2 months before, they also wanted to change the brake pads which are still good, be careful...

for starters, I should have asked them about their pricing before I let them take my car but ending up with a $180 balance for only an oil change and filter replacement is absolutely absurd. Also, they tried to get me to replace my brakes, my tires, as well as brake and washer fluid. All of which I kindly declined. Then when I took my car to a different shop to replace the brakes and the brake fluid, this mechanic shop told me my brakes were in great condition and my brake fluid was fine. Also the tire they told me to replace was the back left and when i replaced it, it was the front right tire. So I do not believe that trying to upsell a less knowledgeable customer or failing to provide correct information is a moral way to conduct your business. This place does not provide its customers with kind efficient or price savvy service I will not be coming back.

When I say oil change, I dont want unnecessary checks and openings on my vehicle. Just do the oil change and let me go. Dont tell me to do engine oil flush, fuel system flush, coolant flush and why the hell is it complimentary? Atleast be honest with me and the business. If anything happens to my car, I’ll lawyer up. I have every proof. My car is brand new and nothing possibly could be wrong for you to scam me. Good luck.

I went in to have my van inspected. A young man named Gray helped me. While I was waiting to go inside he checked everything he could outside. Then took my van inside for the rest. He wrote down things I need to take care of in near future. I couldn’t do today. Was not pushy. I appreciate business that are polite and helpful.
