Don’t go for inspection. They’ll fail you for tints that literally any other place in Texas would not. Went somewhere else no issues.

If you don't want to get screwed out of your money then don't come here! I have already reported this dump to the BBB! Beware ladies, when they see a woman drive up, all they see is DOLLAR SIGNS! Juan & his lazy a$$ so called mechanics will pretend to fix your vehicle but during the process they will purposely damage other parts of your vehicle in order to get you to come back! Pitiful, they are still in buisness! They are in buisness to SCREW customers & they do it!

Payless tire is always a great place to get what you need done to your car. From inspections to oil changes to a/c work. The owner is very knowledgeable and the employees are very attentive.

I took my car in for inspection, and the guy at the counter misread my insurance paper. He talked down to me, telling me my papers were no good, look at the date, what is today's date, comeback with updated insurance. I pointed out to him that the date he was looking at is the effective date, not the expired date, that's why I circled it with a marker, to make it easier to see. I told him there is no reason to speak to me like that, he shouldn't make me feel like a criminal, just take care of my business. He kept mumbling stuff, and I told him, to let it go, just do your job, your not going to apologize, but I forgive you, just do the inspection. He messed up, and I called him on it and he has a chip on his shoulder. Doesn't make sense, the guy is angry

Been there a few time's. Asked them if it was my Hub bearings or shock absorbers clanging. They just said I don't know. The man Juan even cursed at me. Wouldn't even look at my vehicle. Very rude. They even broke my visor. ( TWICE ) and was very rude to me about it and wouldn't fix or repair it.
