The room was very dirty. The entrance door was damaged (probably by a dog) and there was a lot of dirt and hair on the door. The toilets were very dirty, there was even hair on them. The shower was also full of hair and the shower curtain had stains. There were stains on the bed sheet. Very disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it. Only the man at the reception was nice.

So we bought thru the oyo app and this is now a motel 6 kinda wild how they will give the refund in 7 to 14 days ... But that doesn't help me have a room for the night guess it's going to be a cold one here in Texas freaking great thank oyo

They need to take this down because this is not the same Hotel I had to pay extra to get into the hotel is called Studio 6 they gave me such a hard time and when they finally refunded me my money it took a long time

The OYO is now the Studio 6 Mote. I got there to check in at 3pm. He told me to come back after 5pm because the room was dirty due to being low staff for housekeeping. When I arrived back at 5 pm, the new front desk person asked for my ID which was a little suspicious to me seeing as I was all checked in and given a key at 3 pm. The elevator DOES NOT WORK. I was on the 3rd floor. As walking up the step, you can see the dead roaches and bugs on the steps. When arrived in the room, the air wasn’t on and it was roaches coming out. I went back to the front desk, he stated he couldn’t get me another room due to the hotel being fulled. I went and got spray. I was tight on money and need that Friday night to Monday morning to make it. Open the microwave and baby roaches can crawling out. I just closed it and pushed it. The comforter had a smell so I took it off the bed and used it to fill the crack under the door. The fitted sheet had 4 cigarette burn holes in it. I moved the bed away from the wall afraid a bed would get on the bed. The bath had roaches in the tub. I slept with the bathroom light on as well as the light in the kitchen area due to the roaches. I had to make the best of a tight bad situation. But do not book here. It’s nothing like the pictures. I mean nothing.

I have always looked forward to staying at OYO in the past,but not this time. For the date of 10-5-24 through 10-7-24 I reserved and PAID IN FULL a smoking Queen single online. When I arrived and the man at the front desk asked for my ID he realized I was traveling and he told me that there wasn't any single queen rooms available and if I wanted to stay I had to pay an extra $30 for a bed I didn't need. I reluctantly paid $20 because he watched me get dropped off by lyft and he knew I didn't have a choice or money. I get to my room and it's invested with roaches and mice in the bed I didn't want or needed in the first place. I captured the mouse in a pillow and threw the pillow out of my room. I waited until house keeping or the office to show up. I explained to the head of housekeeping, she showed concern and apologized for any inconveniences that may have caused. I tried to take the same approach with the front desk but I felt ignored and not taken seriously. I have a video and pictures of the mouse and roaches. I'm sending it to the board of health or health inspectors because I spent my money on an EXTRA BED ROACHES AND MICE and that's not cool. I'm not happy about what I'm about to do but it needs to be done!!

My experience with this hotel was horrible…. First and foremost when I arrived at the hotel the name of the hotel was not as advertised as a oyo hotel…. It was something else…when I got there… I checked in got the key went to the room …as soon as I opened the door there was a infestation of roaches everywhere… I walked out and immediately went to the front desk person to inform him of what I saw and asked to be moved to another room. He said he couldn’t do it because all of the rooms was booked. I then told him I wanted a refund because who in the right mind is going to pay $150 to stay in an infested room. On top of that, my kitchenette area wasn’t furnished as advertised on the website that I booked. I had to book at 2 different hotels because of this and that’s not acceptable…. I’m NOT asking for a refund… I’m asking to get 2 new vouchers to a different oyo hotel since I didn’t stay there at all. If not I’m calling the health department and will hire a lawyer over this matter because they’re scamming people and that’s not right .

Just turned up at the hotel after a long commute. They've told me and my partner that our booking isn't available at the door and we'd have to pay a mark up for another room. Out of principle we've walked. But this is absolutely a dirty scam. Run by below average company. Inhindsight I should have listened to the other reviews. This is frankly pathetic. Disingenuous and poor.

Horrible experience!! This was a nightmare! I was moving needed some where temporary! I also complained everyday about the bugs, crawling in the ceiling above my head in the bed with me I was afraid of bringing them work me it was so many. I work at the airport I was Over charged for rooms! The first day I booked the room@ 11am I had to be at work at 3 so I had to wait until 2:30 to get the key to the room I just had enough time to put my things in the room and head to work. I work from 3pm to 1:30am, at the airport, while I was at work I got a message saying they cancelled my reservation how when I got my clothes & belongings in the room and I got the room key, when I called they said they overbooked the rooms they didn’t have enough rooms how yah don’t have enough rooms when my things are in their and I haves key! So after a hour going back and forth with them they said next time I book to stay I have to book room in person They don’t want u to get the online discount want u charge u sore in person. Roach and bug infested. I stayed 4 days they charged me 310. Air conditioner leaked water the whole week clothes was ruined from water. Roaches was coming in from cracks in wall and air conditioner. The second week I paid 360 for 5 days, they moved to another room because the water, from the air conditioner that room had more space but more bugs . You cut off the lights the bugs would have a party, they gave me a room and the persons belonging was still in the room, like they left the room but they was coming back, I told them someone is staying their they told me hold on we will get it cleaned up, it took them so long I had to go to work so I didn’t move in the room until I got back from work in which it was 2:30 in the morning the next day, I felt like they should have game me a refund I don’t want a complimentary stay . For the horrible experience I had . I do not recommend , beware !! no customer service number to call

HORRIBLE HOTEL! When I checked in the room was still dirty from whoever checked out before me. From desk employees told me I was lying about the room being dirty so I had to keep bothering them to get them to clean it, it wasn’t cleaned until the next day in the evening. The roach infestation is something not even a homeless person could sleep through, roaches EVERYWHERE! They even crawl all over the bed, I had to smack a lot of them off the bed while I was trying to sleep! The only reason I stayed the entire 5 days I booked is because it was non refundable and non transferable. Housekeeping was rude when they cleaned my room they tried to tell me it was my mess that they were cleaning but they don’t speak English so I couldn’t explain to them that it was the person who checked out before me that left the room in such a mess. Don’t waste your money, if you can get something more expensive please please do. It’s so NOT worth it. And if you’re the owner or employee reading this review, DO BETTER. Your hotel should be CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Don’t even bother replying to my review because if you aren’t gonna give me my 290.00 back, I don’t wanna hear a THING. It’s evident that no one actually cares about the complaints/reviews because if the hotel DID care they would do something about it! ZERO STARS!

If I could take pictures I would this place needs to be shut down tear the building down I’ve never in my life stayed at a hotel like this the roaches live with you without asking your permission then they have the nerve to charge you a early check in I honestly paid way to much they owe me some change I will never ever stay here and you shouldn’t either

Pls don't book that hotel.so horrible place .I did booked priceline after the guy who has in front desk will come to my room and knocked then he said that need to pay extra money.i payed .I call customer service they said no need to pay extra then in front of me customer service call them they mad at customer service. I did pay 4 times extra .my card was on their file so they keep charging extra so i blocked my card and I left from there. the man I think he is the manager he always rude .cleaning lady also rude.so much disgusting there coz I stay there was a kitchen.i never ever go anymore .
