Received fake $20 bills as change after large purchase on 3/9/24. They did give it back once I returned before closing. But now they're going to be my witness after trying to spend the change in another store. smh. They didn't even believe me. I almost went to jail y'all. Beware

Store Printing section cash out register doesn't work thus wait in regular customer line for 20 minutes to pay for 3 pages of print out. Also charging more than what is expected to be paid. Charging $2.50 minimum for any print out handled by the employee even if it is just 3 pages of print out. Minimum amount is expected to be paid if the total bill is less than total $2.50 amount. My total bill was $12 and yet they still charged $2.50 on top of that amount. Doesn't make any sense.

This specific office depot computer system is no longer working for the last couple of days. Avoid this specific place unless you carry cash

I went in to make copies. I was only greeted to tell me to check in and check in was over 17 minutes when I realized that a self-service copier over to my right I wasn’t even offered to use self service as I was making copies. I noticed the ink was fading. I brought it to someone’s attention, and all they could say was oh thank you for letting me know, but they couldn’t care less about my copies that weren’t dark.

Yesterday we were missing a print for a reception that was the same day and the employee at this Office Depot helped us print it out an hour before the reception. This dude literally saved our behinds! I cannot say thank you enough :) great store!

There were 30 minutes left to close and the cashier told me it was closed and kept yelling at me from the moment I entered, it made me nervous and I had to leave.
