Our company has been using OEM for a while, I just took over the marketing supplies orders and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the work they were providing before I took over, however... I made a few changes, they adopted the changes, communicate very well and have shown me proofs of their designs that has me looking forward to more! Highly recommended... communication A+, pricing A+, product A+

I have used OEM supplies for a long time, they have excellent customer service. Darin always calls to check in, even if it's just to say hello and hope all is well. Darin is top notch in my book! Highly recommend. He and his team will not disappoint. :)

I used OEM (Jessica) at my last company. She was always ready when I needed her and did what she could to get me what I wanted, sometimes staying on the phone w me for an hour. When I moved to my new roll at my new company and I found out that my office didn't really have a preferred vendor for most things, I called Jessica immediately. She went to the negotiating table with me on pricing and made sure that I had the pricing I needed to stay in budget on things like toner, uniforms etc. I will bring OEM with me to any company I work for and I will fight for OEM the why Jessica has fought to have the best price.

"Gentleman" who answers the phone needs a lesson in phone etiquette; answered phone mid-conversation the first time then hung up after telling me I didn't need to talk to an account manager. Products are great, customer service is not.

Jessica has been a doll. She checks on me when I ask her to, and doesn't push me if I don't need anything. OEM Supplies has always had the products I needed at reasonable pricing, and shipping.I highly recommend them to anyone needing office supplies of any sort.

OEM and Jessica are the BEST. For starters she is a mind reader and knows exactly when to call and check in for supply orders. Its nice not having to remember to call and place and order because she is Jessica on the spot without fail. Prices are great, quality is great, service is great. Can't go wrong with OEM.
