The counter employee has a super thick accent, so he is hard to understand. He walked out to my car to check the tires and didn't come back for about 8 min. Then when he did, he was watching TV on his phone while walking back to the counter, And we had to wait for him to put his phone away. The younger more professional guy who does the actual work, popped in to to help out with a question we had.

Jason and Miami are both awesome. Jason helped me up front and was super informative and Miami went above and beyond while working on my car, even cleaning up my fogged headlights and resecuring my skid-plate that had begun to fall off. These guys are honest and straightforward. Highly recommend.

Nico was able to get my tires rotated quickly and correctly with no issues. I came back later with a tire that had a nail in it and they were able to repair it for me on the spot. Thank you Nico!

Editing...i got my oil changed yesterday and tires rotates yesterday. Today I had a 70 mile drive to make. 30 minutes in, my TPMS light comes on. My tires were all around 27...considerably lower than they should have been. I continue my drive and I'm 7 miles from my destination when I hear a loud scraping. I pull over and see the metal plate under my car dragging. I'm guessing they neglected to put the bolts back in after the oil change. The worst part is I called that NTB and the kid told me I should be ok to drive it!!! I can't imagine the damage it might have incurred if it fully came off. I have triple A so I had it towed to another NTB. They helped but they're too far to become my go to place. Unfortunately I will not be back ro NTB.
