Very fast watch battery replacement and repair! Took less than 5 mins to replace the battery and remove a link from the watch band. Very friendly service.

Perkins jewelers always serviced my parents jewelry needs, and now I am enjoying that Monty kept up the legacy. It’s not common nowadays, but I am so thankful. They have repaired my necklace 2 times...and both times they were gentle, caring , timely, and price worthy. Linda is a angel! It is family owned, and you can tell right when you step inside. I bought a beautiful Tree of Life thermometer that did not come with all the needed parts for it to work.... my family had done business with Perkins for decades, so I thought I'd see if they could help - oh, they came through like CHAMPS ! I am so happy my husband found this jewelry store! It is family owned and located in Irving ! They have excellent service and great quality of work- I had some earrings that I didn't wear due to weight so the jeweler was able to redesign them into 2 pair!!!I highly recommend.

This is hands down the best place to go for jewelry repairs in Irving, and maybe the whole of DFW. I've had several rings resized here, a couple of mountings fixed, and just today I had some links pulled out of a watch band. Nothing has ever taken more than a day or two, and the watch they did on the spot.They also do custom work, and have a small selection in stock, and they can work with you to get you exactly what you want.It's a small, family owned shop, and they are some of the sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of chatting with. Their prices are very reasonable, and you really feel like they appreciate your business every time you walk in, no matter how small a job it is.This is the shop you're looking for. You won't regret giving these guys your business.
