Needed a pair of boots stretched and the heel built up a little on a pair of boots I haven't worn since I bought them three years ago. Paul did a fantastic job and these boots are now my favorite pair I own. Will be returning for all my shoe repair needs.

Great customer service and really help me out when I needed it the most. I needed a bowling shoe pad cut to the shoe and he was able to get it done within 5 mins. I will be back to get some cowboys boots for the rodeo!!

I needed my beautiful Dooney & Bourke bucket bag updated: new color, pocket added to inside and strap modified. Paul made good recommendations and his crafmanship was excellent. I am very pleased and highly recommend him.
