I went with Michael because my lower back was bothering me for some time and a chiropractor recommended him to me to get that fix. I'm glad I did. I have been using the product for about two weeks now and I love it. I can walk more with no pain I don't get tired so quickly. I definitely recommend Michael.

All around perfect experience. I was impressed by his vast knowledge and ability to explain the importance of orthotics to patients. He was willing and able to answer any questions and address all concerns I had. The turn around was quick as well. I’ve experienced back and pain for some time. I’ve tried other gel inserts with no lasting difference. Since consulting with him and receiving my custom inserts I’ve had decreased pain in my feet and back. My fatigue from standing and exercise have gone down significantly. My posture has improved as well. It’s been life changing.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael in receiving my new orthodontics. He is very knowledgeable and the turn around was only two weeks. After a week of wearing them i already see a change in posture as well as strength in the gym. I will be recommending him to everyone i know.

My husband has severe lymphedema and venous insufficiency which causes his legs and feet to swell. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find shoes that fit and are comfortable, been to podiatrist and vascular specialists with no solutions. We tried extra wide shoes up to a 4 X-wide, none fit. I googled “Medical Shoes” and came across Michael C. Ashley’s information and Facebook. I called and made an appointment (which was set up within a few days). Mr. Ashley was very attentive and professional, evaluated my husband’s condition and was able to have him fitted and into his new comfortable shoes (14 X-wide) within two weeks. My husband is now relieved of the foot pain for the first time in two and a half years.Thank you Mr. AshleyPs: We are working on getting down to a 9 c-wide to come back for those athletic shoes.

Highly recommend Michael Ashley! I have many issues going on with my feet and he took the time to listen, exam and suggest the best course of action. He helped me find a good shoe in my hard-to-find width of Narrow. When the shoes came in, he made adjustments that made them even more comfortable. His products and services are very reasonably priced, and when the time comes for me to get new orthotics I will be visiting Michael. Until that time I will continue to order my shoes from him (ladies they are not only comfortable & good for your stability-they are CUTE! )Again, highly recommend!!

Found this gentleman on Facebook. I had recently moved out of Arlington where my chiropractor provided all of my custom orthotics since I moved to DFW in 2010. I typically will get a pair every 2 years. The cost was $400 per pair. I have flat feet and the wear and tear on them over the years with sports and standing on my feet all day cause me to be thrown into the highest category and needing the most coverage. I was using a elite orthotic that was custom made with a leather top and various cushions and fiber sewn in to create something that was just for me. The chiropractor used a foot scan to get a picture of my feet and what would be needed. That was totally different from what this gentleman had done. The way he had been taught was to use the old school method of a foam mold. He explained why this was more appropriate and better than a picture. a picture just showed pressure points, where is the mold actually outlined the foot perfectly. He told me he could give me a orthotic that last twice as long, 5 years for almost half the cost $250. I was definitely skeptical. I took him up on his offer and got the mold that he did on the spot there.the only difference was that this payment was up front where is the others were after the finished product came back. Definitely not what I was accustomed to so a leap of faith was required. Once the items came back, I took them home and did not try them out of my shoes until the next day typically, the old orthotic would have to be broken in and cut down to fit the size of the shoe. That was not the case with this. Out of the box and directly into the shoe. Prior to getting the new orthotic I started having some discomfort in the center of my foot right next to the ball of my big toe. When I received the orthotic there was a square cushion directly in the center. That center cushion was directly up under the part that was giving me the most discomfort. It engaged that area immediately and gave me instant relief. I was blown away. On the way to work on my left foot as it is resting, I frequently have heel pain. There was no heel pain with this new orthotic. This orthotic was also thinner, and it had a top that was more like a tennis shoe when compared to an insole versus a loafer that may be covered in leather. I like this better because it prevents movement of the foot as it's inside the shoe. It grips the sock from the top to prevents sliding around as you were walking or running or whatever. It gives the shoe a more secure feel on your foot. We followed up today as he was replacing some orthotic slides for me to walk around the house in. He asked how they were doing and I told him that I was still blown away. I've had them for a couple of months now. I am still floored and flabbergasted at the effectiveness of them. My only concern is duration. I literally in my house have three pair of the old orthotics that I had in multiple pairs of shoes one for athletic wear, one for loafers and dress shoes, and the last one was for exercise. Those are all sitting in a pile in my closet on the floor while I use this one pair of orthotics to do everything. I told him I will have to get a second pair. especially with the cost. I will also plan on sending my wife out to get a pair fitted for her. Michael Ashley is definitely top-notch and knows what he is talking about. This is what he does for a living. Whereas the other business that I went to this was just one of the operations that they performed. I highly recommend this gentleman and his products!
