If you want customer service DO NOT GO HERE, shit, go buy your phone from 7-11, at least they will treat you better Not only did I work for @MetroByTMobile but I've been their biggest cheerleader, standing in the fire of post pay customers, defending phones to coverage. But the FUCKING horrible experience I just had at the store on Irving Texas, has soured me My mom was buying a phone, at first the rep was helpful, but when she quoted me a price for a phone, got to the counter it was $50 more. I don't hold her accountable for the pricing misquote, but when I asked her, she started talking to me like I was dumb. So I repeated what I said, she sucked her teeth at me like a 5 year old. We went back and forth Rudely I had to say "stop talking and listen" She couldn't sync the contacts, which is cell phone basics, I literally had to sit in the store and set the phone up myself. When i questioned her on deals for upgrades it kept changing.

I came in to purchase a new phone yesterday evening. The mobile expert Simran was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the phones & service. She was a big help and had a great attitude. I would recommend coming here and asking for Simran. Thank You!

Worse service I ever had with illiterate manager who cant even put things correctly in a system and then he was in denial and blaming a customer for misspelling things. He shouldve taken writing classes in elementary schools first to not mess things up at job.

She my mother who is 76 plus needed a phone swap and they up sold her and didn't even fix her problem we and I. The process of contacting they DC and filing a small claims suit so o look forward to getting these ppl in court and the Manger was very unhelpful and had a funny smell

Hi everyone reading this review. I just wanted to say how great my customer satisfaction was today at this location. I had a cracked screen on my phone which couldn't be opened. So I had to buy a new phone at this location. Great service!!! Very fast and professionally friendly. Great guy!. After I bought the new phone from him he told what to do to get the data from my old cracked phone to the new one. Left the store went to get the damaged phone repaired and came back. He greeted me with a pleasant smile and said he'd be right with me. He actually didn't wait. While assisting other customer he got right on top of my problem with switching the data to my new phone since the old one was fixed now. He took care of me and the customer that was already in the store at the same time . Talk about service. Hands down the best store I've been in from metro pcs

The guy that was there was so rude. We were just asking a couple of questions and he was being so dismissive and rude. He had his nose pierced and glasses. He was so rude I would not recommend going there.

KRISTI WAS AWESOME! I CAN'T EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAY SHE HELPED ME AND SHE HAD ASSISTANCE FROM MICHELLE AND TANIA! THESE WOMEN WERE NOTHING LESS THA GREAT! I WILL REFER AS MANY PEOPLE I CAN I DON'T CARE WHAT PHONE COMPANY THEY ARE WITH. I HAD AN HOUR LUNCH BREAK AND SHE GOT ME SQUARED AWAY IN NO TIME MY EXPERIENCE WAS THROUGH THE ROOF THEY DEFINATELY NEED SOME RECOGNITION ASAP! SHOP HERE! SERIOUSLY! I RATE EVERYWHERE AND GO TO CONVENTIONS BUT HUNNI THIS PLACE CHANGED MY OUTLOOK ON METROPCS! THANKS LADIES I OWE YALL LUNCH!
